We were so lucky to get help from a young and beautiful sales lady, Jensyn (I hope I got her name correctly...) She was very friendly, knowledgable, very patience and helpful. She spent a lot of time helping me to pick up the right cowgirl hat that looked good on my small head. She also helped my husband with his boots and belt. When I found a pair of boots that I really LOVED, she helped to make the decision without making me feel pressured to get them. We ended up spending around $800 for all of our stuff. But both of us loved all of the items and really enjoyed the service. My beautiful boots had so many compliments from the Texans (woohoo) and also, turned out to be super comfortable: I danced non stop for 3-4 hours without pain or discomfort... Now both of us have several cowboy/cowgirl items from San Antonio that we love and will be using in the future. Highly recommed this lovely store and the wonderful customer service...

I was told they didn't have any and wouldn't for several months. I then asked if I could be measured to at least get a sense of my size for future reference, but was told they don't measure because "all hats are different." I also asked about the possibility of ordering one, but received the same response that nothing would be available for months. I understand that inventory can be limited, especially for popular styles and larger sizes. That part didn't bother me. What was surprising was the lack of engagement--no sizing, no discussion of fit, and no guidance on ordering or alternatives. Given Paris Hatters' long-standing reputation in San Antonio, I was expecting a more hands-on and informative experience. This felt more like a quick dismissal than a customer interaction. I may try again another time, but this visit didn't reflect the level of service I had heard so much about.

I would walk by them multiple times and no one would offer to help. Even standing right next to them. The Lululemon stores in big cities seem to understand customer service, and always are so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what it is about the air in the San Antonio store, or if there is major lack in training, but the selection at this location isn't even worth shopping at. I'll do my shopping online or while I'm traveling instead. :)

Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.

Thankfully Cotton On opened a location in North Star Mall and I've been a fan ever since. The staff at this location has always been super friendly and super helpful. Compared to other stores, this one also carries their children's clothing line which is absolutely amazing. Since becoming a mom, I've been ever a bigger fan of their children's clothes because is so cool and edgy. If you are just looking for the perfect white t-shirt, highly recommend checking Cotton On!

This is kind of a fancy little boutique at the mall in San Antonio, which we came to check out when we were looking to buy a ton of stuff during the summer sales at all the local malls of SA and ATX. The problem with this little store is that we didn't find anything Barbie really liked, and she's really picky so that happens a lot. Service didn't seem bad, but I can also see why a lot of other people have had service issues here.
