    Encontramos desayuno!
    Alejandra S.

Buen lugar que encontramos para desayunar (aunque ya era un poco mas tarde) Abundante y rico, probamos unas galletas que están cerca de la caja, deliciosas, el pan ya no pudimos probarlo, pero se veía muy bueno también!

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on the way to the Colosseum. The croissants were excellent. I'm not a coffee drinker, but still decided to try the cappuccino because, well, when in Rome. Not for me, but I'm sure someone who enjoys coffee would've loved it. The staff was very nice, and more than accommodating of my broken Italian.

We enjoyed our experience at this cafe. Seems like a popular spot for locals and tourists. There was a steady flow of patrons. We sat down inside to enjoy our breakfast. Food was delicious and fresh. The staff was nice. The counter had many to-go yummy baked goods to choose from.

This place is amazing. I came here yesterday and came again because it is just so good! Amazing service, we were quickly served and treated kindly. The coffee is delicious, not bitter like most European places I've tried! My family ordered the avocado toast and loved it as well. Good seating options as well. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our breakfast at La Licata! We came here twice while we were staying in Rome. Beautiful view and yummy food. I am gluten free and their gluten free options are great. Your meal comes with a lot of food too! I would absolutely recommend and will be bringing friends :)

We loved this place for our morning cappuccino. We also ate breakfast here every morning and loved the avocado toast. The server remembered us after just one day and provided excellent service. We ate inside and outside and both were a great atmosphere.

Believe the reviews this place is phenomenal! A small little cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. It is a little cramped inside but you forget about it once the food and drinks arrive! The cappuccino is likely the best I've had in Roma. The pastries were all very light and the creams in the pastries were all flavorful. The pancakes were too good to be true. Not spongy or overly airy. They were just the right amount of sweetness. If you're more of an egg person, they have eggs and they are fluffy and creamy! The service is pretty quick so don't fret about waiting too long for the food to arrive!

This is a place that I found on Yelp. Most of the patrons are local Italian's. You are supposed to go in, order and take a seat upstairs. Only speaking English, we sat down. One of the employees suggested to another "Please go help the Americans." They were very nice. Cappuccino and fresh orange juice was great. Pancakes are two three inch pancakes with syrup already on it. Bacon was buttery and excellent. Cute little place. Nice people. Small portions but great prices.

Incredible food. Highly recommend for anyone who is unsure. As we were. This turned out to be some of the best food and friendliest staff we came across on our trip to Rome: 09/23/24 Delicious Food! Delicious drinks! Great service! Didn't even get to take a picture of my "salty breakfast" i ate it before I could get a picture.

This is a nice place with many people. The positively noisy atmosphere is a good plus to enjoy the local way breakfast! People are friendly. Foods are yummy!

we were fortunate enough to stay super close to La Licata during our time in Rome and it came in super clutch!! since we were very busy during the day it was really important for us to get in some filling and nourishing breakfasts. although it would have been nice to have a traditional Italian breakfast (cappuccino e cornetto), that wasn't going to cut it for us since we were walking 25k+ steps a day!! also the food was delicious!!! I became obsessed w the dairy in Italy during my trip and that started with the yogurt i had at La Licata - i don't know why but it's just so good. it was nice to be able to sit outside as well and we met some other really nice tourists both times we came.

Solid breakfast! We especially liked it because it was one of the only places open before 7am that had an egg breakfast on the menu.

They have a small pizza and a bigger size which I would say is about 10 inches. The small size was sold out on my first visit and found out better to arrive earlier (before 6) for these. The Mini pies are good if you want to try a few varieties-so many so little time. Ordered the big Amatriciana (the unloved pasta dish of the big Roman four as a pizza) which was recommended-Pecorino, mozzarella with the Pork cheeks taking it over the top-one of their most popular and rightfully so! On the second visit , they had the small size pies-Friarielli & Salsiccia-Broccoli Rave and sausage-tasty, Fegato & Cipolla-pork liver sausage with onions and peppers made for a "not everyday" and delicious pie. Both visits service was excellent and engaged. This place screams independent and one of a kind but it turns out they are a regional chain with a handful of locations. Amazing pizza with so many options!

We ordered one of their more natural red wines available chilled, and Pane & Olio EVOO, and Salsiccette al Tartufo. The bread was so fresh (baked in house daily), and also came with a spicy olive oil option as well as salt and pepper and a plate to dip. The sausage was the perfect little snacking cup with toothpicks and overall everything went well with our wine. They also gave us the little circular baked crackers to dip in our wine. When we were called we were moved to the main dining area which was adorable. Nearly every table had unique artwork on the surrounding walls. We then ordered more of the same wine, the Bonaccia salad, and the Parmigiana di Melanzane con Ricotta Salata. The salad was SO good. It was perfect with lemon and delicious olive oil dressing and an even mix of lettuce, cooked diced potatoes, olives, octopus, sundried cherry tomatoes. The eggplant was a fantastic texture, not too soft but tender and the cheese on it was immaculate. We were too full for dessert but the waiter offered us free limoncello shots as a night cap. My favorite part of this spot was how fun and kind the staff were to us. Letting me practice my Italian, giving great recommendations and overall being super accomodating. I'd love to come back.

Pane e Salame, however, was delicious!!!! On our first day in Rome, my husband and I decided to search for a lunch spot nearby (we were staying near the Trevi fountain), and I found this place had pretty good reviews. We got there about an hour after it opened and requested a seat outdoors. They have a tiny patio across from their entrance, but they fit quite a bit of people in it! We initially wanted to order two sandwiches to try more items, but I'm glad we just shared one - they were big and filling! We also had the small charcuterie board to share which was plenty of food for us both. We shared a bottle of rose, and all in all, we paid under $50 (usd) - what a steal! This was the perfect first meal in Rome. The food was incredibly fresh, the service was great, and the outdoor seating allowed us to experience the streets of Rome. 10/10 - would absolutely go back.

Our sandwiches were cut in half and one half was big enough to make the average person full. We got five sandwiches for only about €30! The place was not a tourist trap, but i have to say, the seats at the booth were uncomfortable to me, and the place was a bit small. Sorry i do not have photos. But overall, I would recommend to go here.
