We stopped at the Texas Roadhouse for dinner in Yuma, AZ on our way home to San Diego…read more Out of all the Texas Roadhouse restaurants I've been to, this one had the friendliest and very attentive staff. Everyone was working together as a team helping each other out. Because it was Good Friday, I ordered the lemon pepper salmon and added a side of grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and corn. Everything was delicious especially, their homemade biscuits. It was a very busy restaurant but they got us in and out pretty fast. Check it out when in the area! Happy Yelping :)

(3/5) We decided to…read moregive Texas Roadhouse a try. The atmosphere is very energetic, with a lot of music playing over the sound of people talking. It's just not the type of environment I personally prefer because it was difficult to have a conversation at the table, but we decided to try it anyway. Our server was friendly, although it took a while before we were able to order our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, and it was hot, crispy, and very tasty. For our meal, I ordered a medium steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, while my husband had steak with green beans. The mashed potatoes were enjoyable and had a homemade texture with chunks of potato. Unfortunately, my steak was the biggest disappointment. I ordered it medium, expecting it to be juicy and pink in the center. After eating a couple of pieces, I realized it wasn't cooked the way I ordered it. When I cut into the middle, the steak was well done all the way through. It was dry and not what I expected. Our server brought the issue to management, but after waiting quite a while, we were initially told nothing could be done. We requested to speak with the manager, and after another wait, he came to our table. He offered to remake the steak, but we declined because we personally do not send food back to be remade. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The manager explained that unfortunately things like this happen often and that they had recently remade another customer's meal without an issue. However, that wasn't really the point. We understand mistakes happen in restaurants. The issue is that the food should have been prepared the way it was ordered the first time. Hearing that mistakes happen "all the time" was not reassuring as a customer. It made the situation feel more like something to accept rather than an opportunity to acknowledge the mistake and make it right. We didn't ask for any type of discount, but when he asked, we showed our military ID and he gave us a military discount since they do offer that. We didn't want to ask for anything else, but he also gave us another five or ten percent, which we appreciated. The fried mozzarella appetizer was good, our server was polite, and some parts of the meal were enjoyable. However, the overcooked steak and the way the concern was handled left us disappointed. Overall, I'd give this visit 3 out of 5 stars. Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant responds makes a lasting impression. That stuff didn't really mean anything to us, and I don't think we'll be coming back.

I had the steak quesadilla, my wife had the bruschetta and we split a slice of key lime pie. Everything was cooked well and had wonderful flavor. The pie was so good we got an extra slice to go. Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome. She told us the pie was made in house, she likes to watch them juice the lines for it. It was a nice "high end" atmosphere that made it feel fancy. The Christmas decorations added to the fun atmosphere but I'm sure it's nice year round.

We chose Radisson's Market Plate to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. Upon arrival, I…read morerequested a wheelchair-accessible table, and we were seated shortly after. Our waiter, Raul, came to the table, and the birthday guest ordered a glass of wine and water. We placed appetizer and dinner orders and waited with high expectations based on previous positive experiences. The fish tacos were flavorful, but the salsa was extremely spicy. My mother-in-law asked if there was a mild salsa option, and we were told no, but pico de gallo could be brought instead. However, another staff member later returned and said pico had already been added to the tacos. I ordered the pork chops, which were overly salted. Another guest ordered a medium-rare steak, but the steak arrived looking well done and charred on the edges. When cut into, it was completely brown inside and difficult to chew. Waiter Raul took the plate to the back, then returned with the steak already cut and stated that the chef said it was cooked correctly and still a small shade of pink. He also said that if another steak was made, we would need to pay for it. I was very disappointed by how this was handled. My father-in-law chose to keep a positive attitude for the birthday celebration and tried to eat the steak anyway. Unfortunately, nothing was done regarding the overly salted pork chops either. The fish and chips were tasty, but when vinegar was requested, it was brought to the table and later added as an extra charge. Dessert was brought to the birthday guest, but we had to flag down the waiter again to request dessert for another guest at the table. Overall, this celebration was disappointing due to poor food quality, lack of accommodation with issues brought to staff attention, and unsatisfactory customer service. approached waiter Raul and mentioned that he could have been more attentive and courteous to our table. We still left the same tip we usually do 20%, although, based on the service we received, it was not deserved.
