Worse service ever not sure how this guys is in business. Blames everyone and never admit he is wrong. Bro think he is always correct. People don't spend your money here or use your insurance money. This guys does not do show case work don't believe him. The city is Hawthorne permit and police department know this guys is a woke. His time frame on cars are way off and over promises and under delivers. I'm sure he will be out of business soon. He still blames COVID for everything. I went to NT auto shop since it was strongly recommended by a close friend whose judgement I trust a lot. And this place didn't disappoint me at all, and totally worthy of me driving all the way to little Tokyo. Two months ago, I got my regular maintenance done at Honda dealer as I always do. After that, they gave me a list of things needed to be repaired, and the quote was around 1000+ dollars. I was a bit shocked. (My car is relatively new, and driven at low mileage). I gave the list to NT auto's mechanists, and they told me that one of the items in the list doesn't need to be fixed immediately, and the rest can be done for around $450. What a price difference!!! I pleasantly accepted the price, and they got everything done for me except for one item within 2 hours. Not only that, for every question I had, including whether I should get something fixed right away or can wait, they gave very detailed and honest answers, for which I really appreciated. I am very happy with the prompt and quality service from NT auto shop, and will come back soon for the other remaining part fixed. read more

Nelson and his team have repaired my car 3 times now. Been rear-ended twice, and had paint cracks from old age. Nelson and his team blended a crack in the rear bumper for me in a one day turnaround time (which is unlikely in this industry). Prices were the lowest out of three estimates that I had received and quality of the job was up to OEM standards. Paint colors were matched to the condition the car is in now (which means the repainted bumpers do not look "whiter" than the rest of the car). read more

Long overdue review for NT Paint & Autobody. This is the 2nd time we brought out 2012 Civic over to have it fixed (right side). We had the car's left side repaired about 1.5 years ago and they did a great job. Price for the work was reasonable and turn-around time was quick (just a few days). My wife & I are both happy for the work that they did. Excellent work, great people, owner (Nelson) is hard working, very reliable, straight up, and treats people with respect. This is honestly the best autobody place I have ever been too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone to go here! Nelson, the owner is such a nice guy and his workers are just as nice. Brought my 370z in here about a month ago after someone rear ended me. I ordered a new body kit and the install and labor was a price I couldn't believe. Best price around that's for sure. They did a phenomenal job! Made sure my body kit was aligned perfectly and the paint looks amazing! This is such an amazing shop. After the first day of picking up my car, sadly on the way home I cracked my brand new front bumper (because my car was so low). I immediately called Nelson and he told me to bring down the bumper and he will fix it for me! Even made me a custom splitter to help protect my new front bumper! When I picked it up, it looked like brand new again! Such amazing work!! I will definitely be sending everyone I know here for all of their autobody needs! Had my fender flares installed for my Abarth and he went and redid them because the fitment and finish first time around wasn't up to par with what I wanted. Great experience! As I was driving on the freeway, the bottom of my car collapsed. I have a German car (Audi) which is typically very expensive to repair so I was very stressed out!
