Perfectly moist and sweet and tasted freshly made. The not good: The birria tacos were the best of the tacos I tried. Really delicious and the best birria I've had in the area. Unfortunately, it was a tiny portion for the price, $14 for 2 tacos and consume, that's $7 per taco and they're small. Also, they didn't have nearly enough cilantro and onion. The bad: The rice that came with the taco plate was undercooked to the point of being hard and crunchy, not pleasant at all. The carnitas tacos were dry and flavorless.
