The chef felt that it was okay to serve this. You have an entire produce section and you're serving this to a customer. Yikes! Can't trust the prepared food here.

Have not been disappointed yet!! I suggest Pastor and Carnitas any way you please... The cooks are very sweet and make sure it is exactly how you want it. A little too small to have family dine in but take out is great!!

This place really impressed me. It is like a miniature Fiesta. Small, but, clean. They have lots to offer as far as packaged and canned goods go. Lots of Americano items. Their produce looks much healthier than that of HEB, and the prices are comparable. They have a taqueria that spits out some good azz tacos. They also do fresh tamales. They are big, but, not spicy :).

Stopped by after a friend recommended their authentic tacos . I ordered carnitas tacos and caldo de res. Both very delicious. The also have fresh meat for sell. Great place for take out. Fresh pork rinds too , will be back !

The cooked menudo from the restaurant in the store has lots of fat and no harmony. Needless to say I will not buy menudo there again!

A lot of the canned stuff, like different types of beans, isn't really any cheaper than what you'd find at places like H-E-B. Fruits and veggies looked pretty standard, but the prices were oddly higher than in regular grocery stores. They do carry some interesting sweets, and I always enjoy checking those out. Coffee, though, was more expensive compared to other international stores I've been to. What really stood out in a bad way was the attitude of the staff. No one was rude exactly, but they act like they don't really want to be there, and definitely not like they want you to be there either. Product-wise, no complaints. But the vibe from the people working there? Pretty unfriendly.

I opened it 3 days ago and look at mold all over the bread. Also it was all breaking apart which was a reason I could not make some veggie wraps. I bought it on 2/14 afternoon. There was a date on one exp in April and the other one did not have any date on a package. $10 for both went to trash. Sadly it's not the first time I get rotten or spoiled product. I would not recommend! Service is hit and miss . They treat Muslims better for sure. Not going to support such a business with poor customer service and poor quality.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: When I say Vietnamese-style, it's only because most of the internal signage is in vietnamese. It has every asian countries ingredients from China/Korea/Vietnam to The Philippines and indonesia. You can find some really good pricing here on those staples. Fresh produce aisle is a bit limiting. Pretty big seafood area and meat. Walking to your far left side are all the kitchen toolware if you want to level up your kitchen game. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Always enjoy my time here at MT supermarket. They even have alcohol, dishes, candles, other houseware supplies, and some basic American products. Prices area generally competitive, some much better than others. My main complaint is that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find one specific thing. The other issue is that so many items have mislabeled prices or none at all. This can be challenging when you're trying to stay in budget while faced with more options that you can imagine. Also, fresh prepared items don't necessarily have their ingredients listed which can be scary for less adventurous eaters. The store is generally easy to navigate even through some cluttered set ups.

We viewed many options and decided to visit this Brazilian market & cafe, as it had pretty good reviews. Upon entering there were two employees at the front and not even an acknowledgment. Language barriers aside, a smile or a head nod goes a long way, But I digress, This market is tucked away out of sight for the most part. We travel in the area frequently , but never spotted it. Parking is a little scarce sharing space with a newer restaurant . This market was unique to say the least. Offering authentic imported items, and some local brands. We browsed for a bit, and picked up a few items. Granted most items were pretty pricey. We were eager and hoped to receive better service in the cafe. Two ladies were in the back assisting, one of which treated us pretty decently, the other was very short. Could not muster up a smile and completely ignored our kind gestures and thanks. However while serving the Brazilian customers was warm, friendly and laughing. The food was pretty good. We shared a piece of coconut cake. cheese bread, and a mini chicken pot pie. Overall I can't say that we would ever go back to this market. Rather spend our money in establishments where we feel welcomed and appreciated. Sadly, I would not recommend.
