The fries were not soggy and were crisp through and through. The asada wasnt fatty and was juicy to top it off. Didnt ruin the fries. The birreria meat isnt dry as it looks. The burrito plate has SO much sauce and its huge! Its filled with mashed beans, rice, and meat. You get to pick the meat. The sauce reminds me of tomato soup but a thinner consistency. I do not feel this is due to being too busy, but something else. When you submit an order online, it usually says it will be ready in 30 minutes but, in fact, it's 45, 60 or more. This has happened to us every time we ordered in 2025 and 2026. If they decide to update their system to more accurately set wait expectations, we may go back. Our family can't wait an extra 20+ minutes when we already waited 40, and given a 30 minute expectation.

There was just one bite of chicken, almost none of their homemade beans and some lettuce. Then they did not seem to have any cheese, but did have some sour cream (maybe they ran out of cheese, but should have told people). The burrito was $19 and no excuse to pack it full of rice. This was really disappointing, the food vendors here are usually excellent (my wife was smarter and had a sandwich from Purple and loved it). Perhaps the tacos or Baja Bowl are better.

It was about $16 I believe so about $4 a taco, not the most egregious I've seen in pricing, but decent. I also got bag of tortilla chips free, but they did give any salsa. The ones included for the tacos also were pretty small. That all said the food is decent and if you're looking for some food truck tacos and see Isidros, they'll do the trick.

The shu mai was also top tier as it was packed with so much pork and shrimp, no fillers detected like flour or anything! So juicy and flavorful and paired excellent with the Lao gan ma-like chili oil they provided. I hope they come to farmer markets closer to Seattle!
