It was said that they don't serve mango there. Then they said that there wasn't any pineapple. After she saw that I got agitated she said if I was willing to wait to cut up the mango. You can never go wrong with paletas in the MoVal heat! La Michoacana locations are spreading like wild fire! They are popping up all over the Inland Empire! I personally go there for their paletas and ice cream, but they have a bunch of snacks like Esquite con Hot Cheetos, Pepino Loco, Mangonadas, and more. The staff is usually friendly and quick as well. Inside the store is also very clean and they have hand sanitizer for customers. My favorite paletas are the Fresas Con Crema, Lime, Mamey, and Pistachio. Sometimes I will buy a bunch and they last quite a while in my freezer at home! read more

I got tostilocos, I love spicy, but this food was not enjoyable at all it had way too much sauce, barely any fruit and barely any chips, and it got soggy fast I don't think this girl knows how to measure the food and I waited a really long time just for just someone to come to the front. One thing that bothered me was the girl helping us out had no gloves and she had really long hair, and wasn't wearing a hairnet. I went back to get another bag of chips to add and some other lady with blonde hair came out and asked me if I was already getting helped and I said I just wanted to get a bag of chips and she just walked away. Came to this location excited to get sweets, I sent my in my nephew in; he came back kind of sad. I asked why, he said something is off the people that work there are weird. I told him it was probably a one off experience. We went another time and he wanted strawberries and cream. I took him here again because it's the closest one, he came back to the car and said they told him they dont have the ingredients. I thought ok it happens sometimes, few weeks later it happened again. I thought ok maybe shipment was on back order for cream. Well this time we went at like 8:35pm to get his fav strawberries and cream and he was told it's to late to make it. This being the 3rd time in a row I went in and immediately was upset with myself for not having gone I before. I now saw and understood what my nephew was saying, no greeting, eye rolls, huffing while speaking like they are even irritated to have to speak with me. This was the worst most rude service ever! As I was leaving a Hispanic woman was walking in I decided to watch, an as I thought the employees attitude had completely changed. She was now engaging, talkative (in Spanish), friendly, and helpful. I advise boycotting this location I don't spend my hard earned money where I am not appreciated period. I suggest going to the location on Alessandro. I apologize to my nephew and learned a lesson about just sending a child into the store by themselves. read more

I also purchased the ice based mango (sherbet). The prices were awesome $1.99 for 1 scoop but it is the most generous scoop I've ever received.
