Been here a couple times and it has always been clean and organized. The space is fairly large and open with row of padded bench with tables so more comfortable and a few tables near the door. There's a decent selection of flavors, about 8. The two different times I went, there were a couple different flavors so they rotate the flavors. There's a counter in the middle with dry toppings and about a dozen bottles of different sauces to drizzle. There's also a section by the register that has the fruit toppings: kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, mochi, blueberry, etc. They also have little cups to use to try some of the froyo flavors. After a group of customers, the girl always goes to clean up the dry toppings counter and the froyo pumps. I also signed up for their rewards program so I got a $3 discount the 2nd time I was there. Me and my family have been coming here since it first opened. I would say that the variety of ice cream and overall experience was at a higher scale before. The ice cream and variety of toppings is good but just feels like a swap meet/cheap style esthetic. They don't have the small tasting cups available on the floor anymore, you must ask for them. But there is usually no one at the front counter, so you have to wait or call out for someone. Sometimes the machines aren't working, so some of the flavors are not available. It has become VERY expensive as well if you don't use a coupon from the MV magazine. I just spent over seven dollars on a cup that was filled about halfway with just minimal toppings. I just came in because I was craving yogurt and stumbled across this place so glad I did! The yogurt was so good, it actually reminded me of the yogurt I had in Japan, which says a lot since I've been there before. The girl working was super kind and kept everything really clean, which I appreciated. I also saw some reviews complaining about not having many options, but they fail to mention 2 machines are being repaired honestly, there are eight flavors to choose from that's more than enough! However, I think their management is awful. everytime I come in now, it seems like they got new management or something because something's always missing or broken or yogurt flavor isn't working. And I don't blame the workers at all because they work hard and they're all fairly young. It just seems as if their bosses are literally never there to help out. How you got these poor workers, closing by themselves now with all the homeless animal bums in the area. Seems very unsafe if you ask me. These owners don't know how to run a business. Absolutely loved Nubi Yogurt's flavor options upon my visit. Especially their sorbets have me thinking about my next return! The only downside for me is the lack of friendly customer service. They did their jobs but it was nothing outstanding and the employee would sometimes leave the register without returning for 20 minutes at a time. We waited 5 minutes alone for someone to come from the back and help us checkout, so there isn't much attentiveness on their part. The interior is clean otherwise and has lots of space for seating many parties of people. The price is comparable to that of Yogurt-land. They definitely had fresher toppings. I've been to many frozen yogurt shops and nowhere has the delicious flavors Nubi has or the good quality of yogurt and toppings. Workers are always nice. And it's always chill inside unless it's right after schools get out on a hot day, but even then it's just busy not bad. I'll be back the second I'm back in town. read more

It was my first time going because I live closer to Yogurtland. I liked the vegan pineapple and watermelon. The only topping I get is yogurt chips and they had those so I was happy. I also tasted the Lemon Creme and it was really good. The customer service was fine but they weren't taking any cash. Also, the prices are too high but that's a problem every where. I suggest you park away from the Starbucks drive thru entrance because you can easily get stuck especially if the car line becomes too long and passes through the lot itself. Interior: spacious. "So much room for activities!"- Stepbrothers. Never crowded. Has a small brightly colored kids tables and chairs in corner. How it works: get a cup (16oz only, all attached to the wall) and fill it with your desired frozen yogurt. I'm pretty basic - I usually get tart, horchata, and/or pistachio. They have +/- 10 different flavors at all times. And you have a dozens of topping to choose from as well including chocolate pieces, nuts, candy, different kinds of fruits, and even mochi! Pricing: they charge per ounce so don't go out of control if you don't want to pay a lot. Service: that interaction is mostly at the register. They're relatively quick. Friendly. I like coming to this place mostly because it's never crowded haha. It's a solid self serve frozen yogurt place. read more

DOLE WHIP DOLE WHIP ! They have Pineapple Dole flavored yogurt here !! Closest thing I've had to Disneyland's Dolewhip =) I prefer the tart here over the Yogurtland tart. There's also a good selection of toppings and flavors here including interesting ones like Caramel Popcorn. Make sure you get some sample cups. My only complaint is that the texture here is pretty icy (-1 star). I'd probably come back here since it's scorching hot and there's pineapple flavored yogurt! read more

I'll let you in on a recipe my friend Brian came up with...Apple pie a la mode. Green apple yogurt sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs, drizzled with caramel (from the sauces by the fruit, not the hot one), with a dollop of fancy french vanilla on the side. YUM!! When we first walked in, I treated Nubi like I do yogurtland or yogilicious, but with the amount of flavors and toppings and fruit and everything here, you really need 10-15 mins to make a plan of action. Seriously--they have 14 yogurts and every topping imaginable...almond slices or chopped almonds...hmm? Really, it's that extensive! The cake batter is really good and has a very authentic taste. Pumpkin pie? You can taste the cinnamon! The fruit didn't look super fresh, but they also have Asian jellies, plus whipped cream, and various sauces. Only 38cents per oz and since I'm a yogurt veteran, I was able to get my first serving for $1.29 and my second was only 61cents! ha! Think it is really ridiculous that they no longer give out sample cups to see if you like the flavor. Was told owner said it is not allowed due to covid. Do not understand reasoning, if you give a customer a sample cup they hold the cup and pull arm to dispense throw sample cup away. You are the only one who touched sample cup but you and several other people have touched the handle to dispense yogurt. No difference the. Filling your regular cup up with yogurt. But they still allow you to get your own toppings, toppings are in containers that lids can be lifted, spoons are being touched by everyone and no one wipes them down after use. So not sure how giving out sample cups will I. Tease your chance of contracting or passing on the virus but serving yourself yogurt and toppings won't. Or are owners just starting to get greedy? The workers are constantly cleaning things and are very helpful. I love how they engage in conversation with you and are honestly such angels. I've tried a few flavors of yogurt, but I didn't like any of them as much as Yogurtland. I do like how they have no sugar added options. The toppings are comparable to Yogurtland. They have lychee, and brownies, and cheesecake, and yogurt chips, and all of the goodness. The gummies are too hard, just like the ones at Yogurtland, which harden as they get cold. Be careful. Yogurtland's machines require strength, but these machines dispense a bit too easily. It's easy to get more than you intended. read more

When did Nubi's service start to suck so badly? First, opening at 11:30...wow. Fine, I waited the 10 minutes behind the door..employee clearly saw me too. When it hit 11:30, she came to unlock the door and turn the sign on and went to the back. No opening the door for the only person standing there, no acknowledgement, no hello, no nothing. Rude. Then the plain tart, the main course here, wasn't even ready. You have until 11:30 to be ready and you're not even ready? I asked when it'll be ready and oh, I have to clean it and put it in there.....about 10 minutes. Good lord, 10 minutes may seem like nothing for you if you'll be here all day, but other people have things to do!!! Have everything ready by the time you open, especially if you're opening so damn late. That's how you lose customers. One daughter was with her she was making her yogurt and she stuck both hands in whatever condiment that was. There was nobody to tell. I came in the car and called the store no one answered.
