Granted the chicken sandwich LOOKs huge but it's really a chicken breast pounded flat so it's about twice the size of the small bun. That just made it hard and messy to eat. The the fries are what I call "Five Guys" fries. Fresh cut but cooked floppy and a huge mound of them. I know it's a personal preference but I like fries crispy. It seems the strategy here is to give you a huge pile of inexpensive potatoes, pound the chicken breast and make it look huge by using a small bun to make you think you're getting value for the higher prices. Oh, and they are a Pepsi shop, near Atlanta, the home of Coca-Cola. So, I tried it, I don't have to go back.

I have not been here in person, but I found out about this company after searching online for…read moreproducts that I could send to my parents as a gift for babysitting my dog for two weeks. This company's ad came up on Instagram and I was really pleased with the options - I was especially excited when I saw that they have a special Grandparents Package online that include included four mini savory pies and four sweet pies. This is a perfect way to try a variety and is great for two people to share one pie or each person to have their own pie if they are very hungry. I placed my online order yesterday and because I wanted the food to arrive as soon as possible. I picked the same day as the delivery date - I was so surprised that they actually got started on the order right away and even way more impressive is that the pies were delivered to my parents house in a neighboring state literally today, about 24 hours later. They were so pleased with the unboxing and they are looking forward to enjoying the food this week. I may have to order myself some now after seeing these reviews and pictures. Well, I am not here to comment on the quality of the food or the ambience of the place, I just want to give props to this company and their amazing customer service and quick turnaround. They have quickly gained a new customer, besides just me, as now my parents are already thinking of sending these as gifts themselves and I have told several of my family in the Atlanta area to go check them out. I've eaten a lot of pie over the years, homemade, fresh baked from a bakery and from the freezer, this peach pie was one of the best peach pies I have ever ever ever eaten hands down. The crust and lattice work was amazing, the pie was loaded with larges slices of peaches folded into a slight tart filling and for me the most impressive feature of the pie besides the taste was the texture of the fruit which was still relatively firm instead of being mushy like you get in some fruit pies. I am definitely a fan of this bakery and fortunately for me I have a camping trip planned next month in very close proximity to them and will absolutely pay them an in person visit to see what other goodies they have to offer and to fill my freezer. Southern Baked Pie Company is definitely a company you should try...

The friendly faces and the warm smiles that greet you are truly one of a kind. I went there for breakfast with my sister, and the homemade apple danish was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a coffee and it was delivered with a smile, and they ask if you want cream or sugar right at the counter. They also have a coffee kiosk area, where you can add your own cream and sugar. We were able to sit inside for as long as we wanted, and our server, Stephanie, came over to make sure that my coffee was hot and asked if I wanted a refresher. You have to understand that this is not a full restaurant, but a beautiful bakery that serves breakfast and lunch items for Pick-Up or eat in as they have tables available, but it is not a large place. We found Puzzle Piece Pastries via Yelp and made the drive specifically to give them a shot. Yelp showed they were open until 5. We arrived about 4:15 (it was 4:20 when I got back in my vehicle). The sign on the door was flipped to "open" (see attached pic). I went in and was informed upon entering that they closed at 4. They were very nice about it but they were in the process of cleaning. That's why it's tough for me to leave this review. From what I could tell, it's a nice place. It seems like a lot of love has gone into creating a cute little shop. If I'm in the area again, I'll try again.
