We got one of the paradise specials - the Hawaiian Sunset, which comes with vanilla ice cream on the bottom, a shaved ice mound on top, passion fruit, mango, & guava flavorings poured over, with sweet cream, whipped cream, & toasted coconut shavings to to top it off! It was delicious. We got the small and it was plenty to split between two people. You can also get regular ice cream, ice cream sundaes, or shaved ice by itself. She informed us that she makes all of her own ice as well as the syrups used, which she makes with cane sugar and no preservatives. Loved hearing that!! I got Tiger Blood which is a longtime favorite of mine and my husband had plain ole Orange because he's boring. Ha! Both were delicious and satisfying of my craving. The shop itself is so cute and FILLED with Coca Cola brand collectible items. It was so cool to see what appeared to be the owner's lifetime collection as it gave the place some added charm. The owner makes her own syrups which makes it even better. I got a small with sour blue raspberry and pink lemonade stuffed (ice cream on the bottom). Apparently before, it was Blue Bell ice cream, but now it's just soft serve. I think the soft serve and slow service kinda made me give them 4 stars, but besides that everything else was perfect! There isn't much seating, so you'll have to just eat and walk around outside. 10/10!!

Not at all out of an industrial bottle from some factory. It wasn't as hot outside and the ice was melting extremely fast, seemed like the ice machine was maybe not freezing the ice correctly? Maybe? I'm not sure. I know in previous pelican's I was able to get through at-least half of my cup before it started becoming a slushy. The rainbow was okay, the frogger was good besides turning into a slush in 0.5 seconds. Wouldn't visit this location again.

The ice truck is nicely decorated. The flavor offered included 14 fruit flavors, 1 soda flavor, and 5 artificial flavor such as bubble gum cotton candy. Total of 20 flavors. I got the mango, strawberry, bubble gum, banana. Very rainbow color to me. I forget to check my tongue color after I eat. It good with summer heat with shave ice. They do give big snow ball size enough to share.
