Ice cream flavors included cotton candy, vanilla, creamsicle, birthday cake, white chocolate raspberry, and black raspberry fudge. They serve Yoders Southern Creamery ice cream made in Sarasota by the Amish. If you need non dairy, they offer two types of fruit sorbet. The young people working were so friendly and nice. I ordered a cup of my go to flavor, chocolate chip mint. It was chock full of chocolate just the way I like it. One scoop was only three dollars and change. They also offer freshly baked waffle cones , shakes, floats, and craft glass bottle sodas. I came in on a super hot Tuesday in June. I needed to get out of the heat after enjoying the park in the circle. This shop sits right in the downtown Sebring circle. I did not have to wait in line and was able to order right away. There was a young girl working in the shop who was so nice and helpful. She explained the menu to me and helped me decide on what to order and flavors. I decided upon a sundae and got the banana flavored ice cream with caramel and cherries on top. It was plenty!!! So much ice cream for the price compared to many ice cream shops I've been to in the past. It was delicious with a good strong banana flavor. Read on- Ambience- I sat at the tiny bar which has 8 comfortable high stools with backs. This is great if you're running solo and in a hurry. Customer Service- My bartender was excellent as usual and quickly gave me a menu and an ice-cold Stella draft. Food- I ordered the incredible Philly Cheesesteak Fries! Everything that's in a good cheesesteak including mushrooms & onions poured over an order of perfect fries and smothered in provolone!
