I received a phone call from the same woman telling me that there was an issue with the fact I didn't put ice in my cooler (even though I'm home), so the driver didn't know what to do. So I brought the food inside and started unpacking everything only to find mistakes. I was missing a buffalo chicken wrap, I was given an extra chicken Parm, my pizza was smushed because it was packed on the bottom of the "cooler" and I had no sides for any of my family meals and I was given a few large meals instead of the medium sized I ordered. I accidentally called after hours so I left a voicemail informing them of the problem. I received a call today and was informed that the the mistakes would be fixed and delivered.
