Most are seasonal and I'm glad it's fruit pie time. I recently got the Margarita pie. Two of us go through it in 3 days. Nothing better to do than eat pie all weekend, especially these. My other favorite is the tiger striped chocolate cream. He does savory and also hand pies if you want to sample or eat it on the spot. He started a variety of ice creams, too. All your ordering is on line then you arrange a pick up time. So get on the list. He has set up his garage for all the sales. If you ever want a pie in your face, better hope it's from here.

I watched these guys stay busy with a continuous line as we passed them multiple times over the 4 hours we were here. I have to say, I'm impressed! It was the end of that day and they still whipped that ice cream up with as much as energy as they probably would have at the beginning of their day (dang that has to be a work out to do that all day long!!) With only 2 ice plates (or whatever you call those things), the line moves a bit slow. But the entertainment makes it worth the wait. Was I impressed? Mmm...it was as stellar tasting tasting as Ben & Jerry's or some of the gourmet handcrafted ice cream shops around the cities but the cool flavors, the visual appeal and watching them make it - and good customer service- gets my 5 stars. I selected this option for the young coconut shell base. It was topped with nuts and red beans. The bottom had green sticky rice, clear treats (forgot what they were called), and coconut meat. Both flavors of ice cream tasted yummy. I never thought of a combination flavor of sticky rice and ice cream would go well and it kinda worked. If you don't want the coconut base, you can order it in a cup. It is cheaper and comes in the same way, minus the coconut. There are hot food items available for those who don't want ice cream. I didn't pay attention to the hot food this time; however, I did notice the sign that let customers know their egg rolls protein is turkey. Someone in my party did ordered it and said it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. There are a few tables and chairs for those who want to enjoy the treat inside. Upon entry there is old time/ hard to find classic candy, cotton candy, soda, etc. As you move towards the middle of the building, you will find the cutest coffee and chocolate shop. I spoke with the sales clerk who informed me that the owner who is around 70 years old still makes all the chocolate from scratch. There is a lovely variety from truffles to chocolate dipped Oreos to ice cream. I was impressed with it all. Near the coffee shop, I discovered beautiful handmade soap bars. They looked too pretty to use. I bought 3 for gifts. I recently had a birthday and my friend was in awe of the soap scent and look. I recommend grabbing soaps from here if you're into that. It was such a deal! Made with clean and healthy products too. At the back of the shop, there is a medium sized lounge where one can enjoy their candy, coffee, ice cream or all 3.
