First informal is he is so rude, every time you have a question to ask him it's as if you are bothering him. It's true that the owner comes off a little rough around the edges but I think that is because he's more of a craftsman and less of a salesman. I wondered around and looked at his wares, he quoted me prices when I asked and he even gave me a deal on the mirror I liked best. If you're looking for a great mirror this is your place. I called to inquire about inventory because I am looking for something very specific, and have a time crunch. I asked how much would a 20in x 20in glass cost? He answered begrudgingly as if he was doing me a huge favor by even answering the phone. He says, "$30 - we can do anything custom" so I'm trying to ask more questions because of this time crunch and ask if he can possible fix a broken glass and he said "NO WE DONT FIX!" and he became more and more rude. Eventually I said, "You know what, you are being incredibly rude and I won't be taking my business there," and all he said was "ok bye" and we hung up. No apology or trying to get my business back. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I don't know if he was the owner or what but i stopped by because I seen a mirror on the street for $59. I told him that I would like to buy it and he offered to make it fit in my car. I wasn't sure if it would so I asked how much for delivery. He asked how far I told him that I lived less than a mile a way and he realized the car that I was driving (a Mercedes truck) and told me there would be a $200 minimum. $200 to deliver a 60 dollar mirror less than a mile a way. I declined and lowered the seats in my truck and went back in to ask him to check if it would fit. He then brushed me away with his hands and said no I'm not going to try I don't want to. I Was excited to look for a mirrors at this place, since it was closer to my house. Don't got tricked by all the sale sign. They are not cheap and the owner is straight up rude, pushy. Long story short, I have decided to buy the mirror but I was concerned it doesn't fit in my car. Since I only live 5 mins away, so I kindly ask if he can delivery, he said no and ask for delivery fee. At that time the sales person came out to the car push the mirror inside the car and broke the rear vision mirror. He said don't worry I'll just glue it back together, and when I asked well there's old glue on the windshield he said "that's not my problem!" At that point I said well you've broken my mirror what are you gonna do about it? He said nothing and take it out of his store! Called this place to have them come to my home and measure for a custom vanity mirror for my master bath. Booked a time for them to come and they did not show. I called them about 1 hour after they were supposed to come, they told me that I had called them that morning and cancelled the appointment, which I had not. So I rebooked for the next day, again no one showed up and when I called them they said they forgot to come. I just told them not to bother at that point. My advice is not to bother with this place.
