I had a very disappointing experience with La Monarca Furniture regarding a recent delivery that caused damage to my home. I contacted the store manager several times to explain the issue, but since around 3:00 PM yesterday, I have not received any return call. Instead, I received an email saying that La Monarca Furniture is not responsible for damages caused during delivery. It is also unclear who from the company is actually handling my complaint. I want to point out a few important things: At the time of purchase, I was not warned about any risk of damage to my home. I have had many furniture deliveries before and never experienced this kind of problem. My home is a standard layout, and I have lived here for many years. Large furniture items have been delivered in the past without any damage. If the delivery team felt the delivery was difficult or risky, they should have informed me so I could suggest another solution or cancel the delivery. The delivery team forced the furniture into the space and caused damage to my stairwell wall and stairs. This is not professional or acceptable. They also arrived about two hours earlier than scheduled and only said "delivery" when they called. I rushed home, but the first item had already been brought in and caused damage. When I was present, the second piece was delivered easily and without any damage, which shows the first item could have been delivered properly as well. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability. I am still waiting to be connected with someone who can properly address this issue. read more

Even delivery was super quick. Other stores gave us waiting tome of 2 weeks minimum, and from here we got the sofaset delivered in 4 days. read more

HORRENDOUS doesn't even begin to describe this store and the service. I bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and had a terrible experience. First, both couches were delivered with stains. The delivery men tried covering them by flipping cushions or putting throw pillows over it. They left trash all over my neighborhood and driveway. The manager would only replace one of the couches and said, "the stain barely shows and it's under a cushion" for the other and refused. I also bought a large entertainment center which they were going to assemble upon delivery. The delivery guys said since I was redoing my floors, to call and they would come back out. Of course, the manager denied this ever happened. Not only that, but there are missing wood pieces, no directions, and no assembly parts. I called and left about 12 messages to get the missing pieces and nobody would call me back. So, I am disputing the charge with the credit card company because I did not get what I paid for and the piece cannot be put together in full. The customer service is atrocious, the quality of product is clearly sub par, and the people are incompetent and rude. I will never be back, and I will be sure to tell everyone who needs furniture this story. read more

Literally the absolute worst store ever! Employees do not know how to communicate or follow up on orders. I had to call them myself SEVERAL times for simple updates on the order status. They'll tell you that your product will get to you within 2-3 weeks, but in actuality they themselves don't know when the item is supposed to be shipped. Delivery? A whole joke! They do not know how to follow within time frame, they don't care for customers' inconvenience at all. And they forgot a part of my order... How do you do that??? I had a great experience at La Monarca furniture. At first glance, the outside of the building does not look like your typical higher end furniture stores that are in the area. Nevertheless, they have the same standard of quality of furniture, if not better and great service. We were greeted when we came in and had a look around without being hounded by a sales person. They have pretty unique pieces of furniture and the store is well kept, in addition to quality mattresses as well. I saw a bedset that I absolutely loved and went home to take some measurements and came back the next day and they remembered us. We ended up buying the furniture and they were also able to give a great deal on a quality mattress. Even better, we purchased the furniture around 6pm on a Sunday and they still offered to deliver it the same day because it was in stock. You can't beat same day delivery service! Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience for quality furniture without the hassle and the run around that you often deal with for commercial furniture stores and not receiving your furniture for weeks. I have never wrote a yelp review but felt so strongly about the great service I received and wanted to share :) read more

The manager at this establishment has no sense of customer service and is very rude. I went in to buy furniture because my wife and daughter are coming in 2 weeks and instead of helping they robbed me. They double charged me on purpose and when I confronted them about it he told me because the other half was for him. This is unacceptable. Furniture that was ordered 7 weeks ago, is still not delivered. After 9 phone calls and 7 store visits, manager "Imad" claims, that they had repeatedly offered to refund the money, which they never actually offered. Instead they always promised that furniture would be delivered next week. Everytime I called, I was told that someone would call back in 20 mins, which never happened. Finally, Last Sunday, 01/22/17, when I visited the store to inquire about the furniture, store manager Imad was very rude and called us liars. When we asked to talk to someone else like store owner who was little more human and less rude, Imad the store manager called us "FUCK YOU, YOU ARE A PIECE OF SHIT", right infront of our 3 year old daughter. And threatened to thrash our faces. Inspite of repeated requests, the call was never escalated to Store Owner, Taha. And the store manager refused to refund our money as we were not carrying original receipt on 01/22/17. STAY AWAY and Help youself. read more
