We were going to be out of town when our special order came in, so he arranged for a deferred delivery. When we got back into town, their delivery coordinator verified our information, discovered that the color of the foundation was not what we wanted, got the correct one in pronto, and arranged a no problem delivery and set up! While we chose a high end solution (but not ultra high end!), Mehdi had options at most price points while avoiding "junk" and "come-ons"!

I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. However, their pillow are awesome and they possibly have the best body pillow..its doesn't shift and the material keeps you cool..and with the sale I got my beloved body pillow for $30 bucks! The staff is super friendly..there was a confusion the first time I ordered my pillows (They don't carry king sized pillows in stock) but the exchange process was super easy and of course I walked out with another pillow..My bed is super cozy now..no matter how many times my BF wants to change the number on his side (we sleep on the same side)...I'm good.
