I had a gel removal, regular mani and pedicure, for $40 and had a nice relaxing experience. They really care for the health of your natural nails. They DO use liners for the pedicures, your own pad for the foot file which they toss after your use, had a nice hot stone and probably a 5min massage which was nice, all in the standard pedicure. Agreed they don't scrub/attack your feet but my feet are still softer and smoother than when I came in. The pedicure chairs look newer and clean. The removed my gel gently and the regular mani was nice and not rushed. They used these individually wrapped gloves with some sort of warmed gel to hydrate cuticles and hands which was nice and not sticky. They seem not to overbook as they turned people away but had a steady flow. Nice selection of polishes including the Essie longer wear and CND lines. No cheap brands or thinned down stuff. My mom and I went to get pedicures for Christmas,and they let you choose your scent which is so nice and have a huge color selection and even gave us masks as a holiday present which was so sweet! I planned a nail night for our Bride to Be, and the ladies at La Moores were nothing but perfect! They were flexible as we added people to the party multiple times in the days leading up without hesitation or concern. We were greeted by a fully staffed, private salon, available and excited to accommodate all our nail needs! I usually go to their sister salon in Haddonfield but do not always feel comfortable going there because the techs sometimes have an attitude. Depending on who you get your mani-pedi can last a few days to 2 weeks. One particular tech always complains that my nails are TOO SHORT!! I always trip graciously but have NEVER received a thank you, not one time and that is totally rude. I've also noticed that some customers are called by name as soon as they open the front door and they also seen to get special treatment. Long story short, the service is not consistent but at least I've never gotten an infection. I decided to try their salon on main street in Moorestown instead. I went on Saturday middle of day and there was only one other customer. In fact, the whole hour I was there, only 3 customers came in. I sat in pedicure chair and 2 employees started filling the foot basin with boiling water from a back room (I kid you not). They used tea kettles and random ceramic containers! I did not like this at all. At end of pedicure, the water coming out of hose was ICE COLD. If that wasn't bad enough, during the gel manicure, the tech got polish on the skin of my finger and when she put my hand into the gel light thing, I screamed with pain from a burn. Not one employee looked up from their cell phones to see what happened. I was cut several times and bleeding. The tech complained to me about my nails being "too short" and that it "made it difficult" for her to do her job!! Excuse me, but do I have to wear my nails disgustingly long to make your job easier? THE ONLY REASON I HAVE CONITNUED TO USE THESE SALONS IS BECAUSE I KNOW THEY ARE CLEAN. I'VE NEVER GOTTON AN INFECTION. I will not go back ever! My gel nail polish is completely off and it has only been 5 days. My regular pedicure is chipping. UGH!! read more

The workers were nice, but the gel manicure on my acrylics was not. Within three days of getting them done the color seemed to bleed onto the surrounding skin on my nails. To add, the gel on one of my nails burst open in the center of my middle finger. This has never happened to me before, so I think that this could have been prevented. My nail that burst open has started to smell like plastic, and is leaving a sticky residue on my fingers. Other nails have bubbles and some of the black gel has chipped off. The acrylic I needed to be repaired is very thin and probably will break within the next few weeks. Great customer service, but not the best quality. read more

I love Le Moores! Ever since new ownership took over a few months ago, this has become my go to nail salon. Julie and her entire team are so kind and welcoming. The salon is very, very clean and the service is wonderful. I got a gel manicure there 3 weeks ago and I don't have 1 single chip. Not even a small one. They even go the extra mile with better massage, wax gloves for a regular manicure, and hot stones with a regular pedicure. First at this salon and the pedicure I received was by far the best ever. It was relaxing and my heels, which gets pretty rough, are soft and smooth. I like the mini massage at the end while my nails are drying. Would definitely recommend and will be going back. read more
