We had A&E Cleaning service come to our house to clean. The initial "deep clean" was $240.00. There…read morewere lots of things that weren't cleaned. There were still some scuff marks on the walls, the entertainment center wasn't cleaned, and things weren't moved to clean under them. In the shower there were some rust stains that weren't cleaned and when they were brought to the attention of Ana, she said that they would come out with continued cleaning. We were able to completely remove them with about 2 minutes, a sponge, and some Ajax. All of these things were brought to her attention and she said she would come back and do ANOTHER cleaning and then we could decide if we wanted to continue the service. If we were to take this option and refuse to continue service with her, we'd be losing money because 2 cleanings at $240 is $120, which is more than the $80 cleaning that was offered after the initial cleaning. She agreed that the cleaning could have been better, but we didn't want to have them come back. We offered what we thought was fair for the cleaning that was done, which was $100, and we haven't heard back from her. Then the day came for my cleaning and no one showed up at the time they specified. After about 15 minutes, I called and asked where they were and if they were having trouble since no one has arrived yet and the owner just said "oh ya I was about to call you, they're on their way." Right. Another 20 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying they are having trouble finding the place so I give directions and excited they are finally there. NOPE. Another 30 MINUTES passes, total of 1 hr, of waiting for them. I open the door and they just smile like they didn't just show up an hour late and no apology either. 2 people sent and they both worked in each room at the same time. 2.5 hours for a 1 bed 1 bath that really only needed the kitchen and bathroom done seems a bit odd. The place didn't even smell clean when they left and they left dust all over the floor! (Picture attached) The owner never apologized for the complete lack of respect of my time and quite frankly the job done was not worth the money. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
