My appointment was at 4pm and walked in at 3:53pm. Once I arrived, Carol told me it would just be a few minutes. However, she had just sat another girl at her station. I was very patient waiting on Carol but once 4:30pm hit, I asked Carol how much longer it would take because I literally had an appointment at 4pm. Her reply was "Oh yeah sorry but she came first" even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was so extremely annoyed. In my eyes, that was unprofessional. I would have preferred for Carol to be honest and turn away my appointment from the very beginning rather than have me wait. And waiting was not the issue, it was the principle of Carol not honoring my appointment. I got there on time, I wasn't late, so Carol could've taken me in first. But oh well, they lost my business! This negative experience led me to find a new nail salon who honor my business/appointments and they do an amazing job.

But then the lady who was there first getting the mani-pedi finished and naturally you'd think that they'd get started on my sister who was ALREADY IN THE PEDICURE CHAIR but no they sat the lady who came in all late and started on her .... Like what? My sister was already in the seat and had been waiting for a fat minute already. The lady who was doing my nails said that she'll start in my sister once she's done with me and I had already been in the seat for almost an hour, now I gotta wait another hour for my sister to be done and my sister had to wait for me to be done to so they can start on her when she should've been started on. My sister told them No and she doesn't want to get her nails done anymore and we had places to be that's why we came in early right when they opened and the lady kinda seemed like she was blaming us and said that we should've told her that to begin with. Like ma'am... we didn't know you were going to skip my sister completely . Anyway we left and left no tip. She loved her nails and the experience and we absolutely needed this since my dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so so much! I'm glad your standards are still as high as when I last lived in Lynwood 7 years ago. I will absolutely drive 20 miles to get my nails done here again!

Only question he asked was about the length after he has already started cutting. He left so many gaps around my nails and dint give me a chance to inspect them as he was doing them. He never asked about the shape or if I wanted a design. At the end I was happy he hadn't. As I was waiting for my pedicure I saw the gaps as well as the pedicure tech. She spoke to the manager who said the tech would fix them after my pedicure. My pedicure was spot on. The service was great and no issues. I went back to the tech to fix the gaps. I thought he was going to fill the gaps in with acrylic instead he filed only the really bad ones down and just put polish over them. By then I was just done with the place. I will never return no matter what.
