This was my go to nail salon when I lived in Lynwood and now I'm reminded of why. After having a not so great experience at a salon 2 weeks ago, I told my mom " I know a place!" So we came to Infinite nails. John did my gel x and I was absolutely impressed by how meticuliusly detailed he was. John used extreme precision and did a lot of nail/cuticle care that I have not seen nail techs do in a long time! He said " I want to make your nails beautiful" AND HE DID! Not to mention, everything was so clean and I remember the previous nail lady from 7 years ago always using fresh tools. I got a very simple color French tip, but this was the best nail set I've had in a long time. My mom got a manicure and pedicure and was very well taken care of. She loved her nails and the experience and we absolutely needed this since my dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago. Thank you so so much! I'm glad your standards are still as high as when I last lived in Lynwood 7 years ago. I will absolutely drive 20 miles to get my nails done here again! read more

The service was great. The place is dirty, they give you dirty pillows to use that seem they have never been washed. My nails not even 24 hours later looked horrible. I spent 50$ on my pedi and 60 on my mani. The work speaks for itself. I wish I could give 0 starts for their work alone. I found this place on TikTok but this is horrific work. I like to come here to do my pedicures but I can't stand that they do not respect their own appointment policy. I called and ask what their first appointment is and they told me 10 am. I called previously before hand to ask if they had space for a pedicure as a walk-in since I was referred to this nail salon by my cousins. (I was told by my family as well that this place is typically always busy with clients) They said yes, so I go and when I get there I let them know I called about the pedicure and only waited bout 10-12 mins while they set up. Miss Tiffany did my service, I got the (gel) pedicure + callus removal. Tiffany, girl you did an amazing job. She took her time carefully removing the old gel pedicure I had on my toes previously and cut down + filed my toes to a square shape & I got French tips on the toes. Super cute. total I paid $49 for my service (+ tip) Mind you it's my first time in this salon and wow, the ladies and gentlemen working in this place are pretty chill and will work with you, I often hear them checking in with customers while doing the service and asking if they like it so far & whatnot. originally a different tech was going to do it, because you can obviously tell my tech was overwhelmed. Someone else came to take a look, but i noticed the colors were way off. i asked if i can see the nail and he ignored me so i spoke up louder, he rudely pushed my hand back and i told him the colors were far off. i told the lady to just remove everything so i can leave because i am not gonna pay 40+ dollars for some unclean 5min acrylic overlay. unfortunately one of the girls told me that some guy was gonna do it, i asked him if he knew how to do it and he laughed in my face, thats when i should've left. but another woman took a look at my nails and tried her best. although i've had way better nails (not here), i appreciate the fact that she was attentive. don't come here if you want detailed work, come here if you want a fast chop shop unprofessional ! all their tools are soiled, used, & gross and i still tipped a 20 tj nails in pico ask for may! never coming here again read more

I've been coming here for years and I NEVER had a problem with feeling unwelcome until today. I went in for a regular pedicure because I was in a rush. I was quickly seated, the woman wearing a black tee shirt with a teddy bear on the left side of her sleeve started on my pedicure. She's the lady with a ton of dandruff. She asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said "just file please" since my nails were short already and needed only shaping. I then remembered that one of my toe nails has broke at the corner and asked her if she could fix it. The nail tech raised her voice at me and said " I ASKED YOU WANTED A CUT DOWN AND YOU SAID NO!" I frantically apologized and explained to her that I forgot about my nail being broken. Again, she yelled again " I ASKED IF YOU WANTED CUT DOWN AND YOU SAID NO AND NOW YOU SAY YES!" I again explained to her that I had forgotten that I needed that toe nail straightened out. I felt humiliated. And still left with uneven toe nails. And for that, I only tipped two dollars. I easily spend more than 100 dollars with the exception of today each time I come. You've lost a loyal customer. I don't even allow my own mother to speak to me in that tone, let alone someone I am PAYING FOR to prove me a service. read more

I came in asking for a gel manicure previously I had acrylic on my nails and the girl didn't get her name she suggested I do a fill so I did said it was going to be the same price. The guy named Tyler was doing my nails then asked me to pick a color the color I picked looked nothing like the one I had picked from the booklet he puts it on then I pick another color and he just but the new color I picked on top of the previous one after it had had already been dried and set that looked nothing like it. I loved coming here it was my go to nail salon for both full sets and pedicure. I went on Thursday, yesterday and my babyshower is Saturday. I went wanting a simple white pedi and white full set. The lady doing my nails did not seem to know the shape I wanted after showing a picture. I had to constantly ask for her to fill them more so they weren't so wide. It has not been more than 24 hours and I already have two nails chipping from the gel. I am very disappointed because of all the times I've gone this time I needed them nice the most for my babyshower and this is by far the worst set I've ever gotten. They are going back and forth. Suddenly they give my daughter the phone the manager said that Tracy might be sick. Never called us to cancel we even called to tell them we are on our way!!! She rudely walks away. My daughter walks out and I'm getting service by T. 20 minutes later TRACY gets a customer and does her pedicure so she's touching people being sick supposedly. They were backed up and pretty busy but we know it can be hectic, so we didn't mind. I wish I had gotten the ladies names who helped us to shout them out. I get it, it was going to be lunch but if that was the service he was going to provide I could've waited. This review is not based on nail service but on customer service. I have not experienced any actual nail service as the customer service upfront is horrible. The person who writes the names down needs to have a customer service class to learn how to speak to potential clients. I called to see the wait time and was told 15 minutes. I walked over which only takes about 2 minutes & tell her I called and was told "you called? it's not 15 minutes. It's a lot more than 15 minutes" while being looked up and down. This place knows customer service and care. They treated my mother like the true Queen that she is. She got pampered with her pedicure and manicure. They gave her a massage and made sure the colors she picked out look good on both her feet and her hands. I got a pedicure since I suffer from ingrown toe. They cut my nails short and made sure to remove whatever causes the pain. My calluses were removed and my feet were smooth. During the week there's no long wait. The guy that did my nails didn't listen to me when I told him my nails weren't even and mind you. This was before he put the powder on my nail. he said they would even out once he was done. I was so upset and to top it off my niece also got her nails done. She kept requesting short nails, and since her nail tech was chitchatting, she didn't listen to anything she was saying.
