Ordered up some food because I was stuck @ my hotel. This was recommended not only by the staff but also local reviews. The wings were pretty good ( greasy ) but I wiped them down and tore them up. The Stromboli I guess wasn't what expected. For some reason I thought it would be like a calzone. It did have tons of meat and the crust was pretty good. We ordered a sicilian pizza. What we got was an overpriced tray of dried, stale bread topped with a red sauce. No cheese, no pizza crust, just dry bread and sauce. When we complained to the manager, she said, "Well, that's the sicilian pizza". Then she asked if we wanted to take the remainder home. lol. We ate exactly one half piece from the huge tray and couldn't stomach any more. Waste of money. Best thing to do is avoid the sicilian pizza here. It's awful. read more

Bottom line here. LaNapoli is extremely rude. You call and they don't bother to even speak to you. Quickly you are placed on hold or simply left on a open line to listen to all their chatter. We experienced this tonight and have experienced this many times in the past. Well tonight it just got to me! This is a business and customers should be treated politely. We threw some burgers on the grill and spent a few minutes leaving some feedback on Facebook and here. Individually we can only write a review but there is power in numbers. Lunch today was a pleasant surprise. La Napoli isn't fancy but it does have good food at reasonable prices. There were several good choices on the lunch specials. I chose the lunch Lasagna with meatball. The lasagna was the correct portion size for lunch. I will definitely be back. I look forward to trying their pizza and other dishes. read more

Overall not too happy. Ordered pasta promodora. Was supposed to have sun dried tomatoes and broccoli according to the online menu. There was not one piece of either. Ordered a side of meatballs because my wife wanted to try them. There was a half of meatball missing (so 1 and 1/2 meatballs). My wife ordered a hoagie and ordered the zeppoli for dessert. Let's get to the taste. Mine was bland. Lacked any seasoning. Meatballs were very tasteless. My wife said her hoagie was blah due to the bread. Lastly, zeppoli was very chewy(which may have been from being packaged while being delivered so not sure if we can knock them for that). Because of the covid, we have been getting take out for quite a while and although we know the taste is never as good as a sit down meal, it should at least have some flavor to it. Giving 2 star instead of one due to being take out. If it tasted like this at the restaurant, this would be a one star meal. Almost forgot, mine came with garlic bread and that was very bland as well. And there was brown pieces of lettuce in the salad. As I'm typing this, I'm thinking to myself, people aren't going to believe there were this many things wrong with the meal. Unfortunately, there were. Sorry guys. I haven't been here in a few years so I cannot comment on its current food/service. The last time I did order from them, I got dangerously sick from their food. I'm going out on limb and say it was either from a poorly or rarely cleaned fryer or under cooked chicken. Heck my salad even LOOKED pretty!!! Today I wanted just a blob of tuna on top of my salad nbd right...well! I'm sad to write this review, being it's one of the only places that delivers. But it's just ok ... We do not order from there often, but once in awhile we give it another try and always seem disappointed. The food does the job, but they need to put more into it. Another location is opening closer to where I live and we will try that location sooner or later. Hopefully it will be better. We ordered chicken wing paninis. And it wasn't a panini it was a chicken sandwhich . And didn't have wing sauce on it. And the fries we ordered were suppose to have ranch dressing on it and their wasn't. Being in the midst of a pandemic, I can't believe I was subjected to such appalling behavior. I have orederd from here many times in the past and have generally been satisfied. The consistency of food quality and portions is all over the place, but tolerable. I'm writing this specifically about my last order which was reheated, yesterday's pizza! I have purchased grandma pizza here before and know what to expect. The pizza I received was thin and dried out. Not because of the style but because it sat out for a day to dry out. What makes it worse is that all they did was pour sauce on top and reheat it and sell it to me! WTF! I hope the 3 bucks it cost to make a new, possibly covid free, pizza was worth losing a loyal customer and this negative review! Fabulous! Have ordered delivery from here before and the food has always been great! Decided to do an eat in this time. The chicken parmigiana and penne vodka with chicken were delicious and the portion size is enough for at least 2 more meals. Mountaintop, PA pretty much has only Italian restaurants and that's about it, but this place is by far the best on the mountain. You should definitely try the California Fries or the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with grilled chicken. Both are fantastic. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is probably the best I've ever had.
