I followed in another car (this was a Lemon Law situation where the car was returned to a dealer). The only hiccup was the dispatcher and provided an incorrect dropoff address. We both recognized the problem and the driver promptly to the vehicle to the correct location. Once there, the dealer requested the vehicle be dropped at yet a different site and, without complaint or cost, accomidated. I'd use this company any time, any day. Excellent service!

I was involved in an accident and CHP dispatched this company to the site. I had a great experience…read morewith the driver, who we later found out was the business owner. We were quoted $300 for the tow which we agreed to and were encouraged to reach out to companies that might give cash for the car. When my mother picked up the car she was told the bill was over double what we were previously quoted. Stated the storage fee was $74 per day. This was not disclosed to us and I attempted to pay and pick up the car sooner but the yard is closed on weekends so I was provided no further options. My mother paid the bill with my card and I reached out requesting a breakdown of costs. After no response I called and spoke with a combative associate who chose not listen to my concerns but tell me that I was at fault for misunderstanding the policies although there is no place to reference the verbal agreement. I still haven't received an emailed receipt and the phone conversation left a sour taste in my mouth. I expressed concerns of the change in price and I don't believe they were appropriately addressed. For this reason I would not choose to work with this company again. As previously noted, I had a great experience with the business owner and I don't believe this experience was a reflection of him or the business as a whole but the quality of customer service over the phone was enough to deter me from future services if they were needed.
