I followed in another car (this was a Lemon Law situation where the car was returned to a dealer). The only hiccup was the dispatcher and provided an incorrect dropoff address. We both recognized the problem and the driver promptly to the vehicle to the correct location. Once there, the dealer requested the vehicle be dropped at yet a different site and, without complaint or cost, accomidated. I'd use this company any time, any day. Excellent service!
