Was in a very minor accident where other driver parked, hit my car, then locked their keys in their car as they were leaving the scene so I called police and waited for driver and police. When tow-truck driver showed up he snickered and made other gestures towards me about how I had called the police and how ridiculous it was. All in Spanish while speaking to the other driver. Once I got home I called hoping to speak to the owner but the driver answered and again acted the same way. Rude attitude and didn't care. Customer service was awful. read more
