had to call AAA when my car wouldn't start they sent these guys to help me. When he got here, he said I needed to turn my car around. I reminded him that the car wouldn't start and he said that he needed to go get another truck and would be right back. When 20 minutes had gone by, I checked with AAA to see where he was and they told me that the call for service had been cancelled by the driver. He told them that I had refused service. A friend of mine had his car Towed to my parking lot by Twinz towing, The total driver back down and hit my iron gate, broken off the hinges, bent the gate, and did nothing about it, I called Twinz , towing several times, they did not even respond to cover damages that I had to pay for because if any of my tenants got hit by a 9 foot iron gate, it would probably kill them! The driver was a goofball did not care that he hit my iron gate in my commercial building basically laughed at it! I absolutely would not recommend these people the worst tow company ever! I'm going to end up having to take them to small claims court whether they like it or not they're going to pay up for damages caused by their driver that shouldn't be even driving a tow truck!
