Apparently, Land Rover engineers designed the window regulators on this absolute trash can of a luxury vehicle to self-destruct on a rotating schedule after year seven. If one window goes down, it's not coming back up. Three of these babies went out within a period of six months. Luckily, Alejandro rolled up to my driveway like an absolute legend. Alejandro popped off the panels, replaced the parts, and reassembled everything cleanly, quickly, and without laughing directly in my face about my purchasing choices. Massive five star service. Now, miraculously, all the glass moves vertically again. The cabin is quiet and I no longer have to explain to drive-thru workers why I have to physically open my door to order a coffee. Noting that that I had to slam on my breaks and actively control my truck to not loose control. Visibility was already extremely poor, and this kind of driving was completely unsafe and irresponsible. To make matters worse, this happened on Ventura Rd between Doris Ave and Gonzalez Rd, a stretch of road already known for frequent accidents. The driver's behavior showed zero regard for the safety of others on the road. I truly hope the company reviews this incident and addresses the driver's conduct. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend GRUMAN TOW. Safety should be a top priority, especially for a company operating large tow trucks in hazardous weather conditions.

I explained that I needed the tow urgently due to military obligations to get my vehicle repaired, and was told, "well just go to the military then" even though I obviously couldn't do that without my vehicle getting towed for repair. I received a dismissive and disrespectful/unprofessional response. I would not recommend this service. This is exactly how they treat Service Members/Veterans
