They were very helpful over the phone and they quote per mile was decent considering that we got the car for cheap. They assured us that it would arrive safely and the car would be covered with their insurance policy if any damages incurred. Juan will try and reasons and find out the cause behind the mistake and criticizes or assesses the employee in proportion to the mistake Juan give constructive feedback, show them the right way to do things. Juan takes care of his employees and he does tell us what a great job we do or what we mess up on. To me this is great plus. Most people only hear the bad. Juan always appraises what good work we do and bad. I have seen Juan help others that are struggling to get them on the right track (the right job). All the brokers that you request quotes from all tell you how simple and sure they can do it for X price. I got multiple quotes and Ship a Car Direct came back with the lowest one. We were quoted $1300 for an open carrier. The final cost ended up being $1700 which was fine but it just seemed like they low balled to get your business but then the reality is they have to up the price or they can't find someone to accept the car and actually pick it up. I'm happy the carrier that picked up our car did a great job in transporting it. I hope to never have to ship another car again, though.
