We opted to share two savory tartes and save dessert for the Christmas market. I also ordered a vin chaud as I was a bit cold from the boat ride. The vin chaud was very balanced in sweetness, spice and tannins from the wine I highly recommend if you're cold. The bite from the cheese with the sweetness from the honey made this a great Flambee to pair with something smoky. BOEUF SECHÉ D'ALSACE & COMTÉ Sour cream, onions, comté cheese , smoked beef bacon, garlic, arugula : 17,00 € The beef bacon was incredibly smoky and paired very well with the creamy comte cheese.
