Owners are super friendly and helpful. Our babies are a little sensitive to the bath products. After I issued such concerns, they offer us to use organic shampoo which also smells good! Their place is super clean and even allow us to be present during the bath. No skin issues at all after a couple days of bath! We will be back in the next month! I have two 50lbs Australian Shepherds that I am incredibly protective of and I am very particular when it comes to their grooming. I've had some bad experiences with other groomers in the area that left my pups feeling anxious and upset when I came to pick them up. I'm happy to report that was not the case with LA Pet Home! The staff was SO welcoming and kind. One of my pups was really nervous and the groomers came and sat outside with us for about 20 minutes to help my pups relax and feel more comfortable with them and the space. I was able to leave them without any trouble. And they were SO STINKIN CUTE when I came to get them! They gave them the most perfect Aussie Butt cut and kept the integrity of their fur. They were also incredibly mindful and respectful of my dogs' boundaries and did not force any grooming on them if they were not comfortable with it (my female Aussie doesn't like her ears touched and they were very accommodating to that). LA Pet Home made me feel like my pups were being taken care of above all else (and the results were still incredible without them causing any harm or trauma). We recently got a puppy and found this gem on a walk. We decided to go inside and got to chat with the owner who is absolutely amazing. Fatih has gone above and beyond to take care of our puppy, Blue. Now, whenever we're on a walk on Green St. she gets so excited because she thinks she gets to go to day care at LA Pet Home. The grooming services are also top quality and very well priced. Lauren is also fantastic and great with dogs. Their merchandise is also well priced and super cute. We just got this rain jacket for Blue (pictured) which is not only super cute, but very functional. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I was obviously nervous because it was my first time but after reading all the reviews, I decided to give them a chance. And I'm so glad I did because they're amazing. When I picked Lily up from LA Pet Home, she was still playful, explored the shop, and would go up to the owner. Her positive response was the confirmation I needed that she was treated gently and kindly. I've had terrible experiences with past groomers, where Lily would leave visibly traumatized and would take days to recover. So I'm SO SO GRATEFUL for Fatih and his team for caring for Lily so well. They have high ratings for a reason -- the staff seem like good people, the prices are reasonable, and their grooming services are good quality. The owners here are so sweet and were absolutely amazing with my dog! I recently adopted her and I've given her some baths at home and she was nervous at first but once we started she did okay. So, I thought taking her to get a wash and nail trim that she'd do alright. I took her in and the gentleman working the front (I forgot to ask his name) was so sweet and wanted to get comfortable with her in the space and walked her around! He gave her some treats and mentioned he can text me when she's done. My mom and I went to lunch while we waited for her and they were so kind when we told them we were 20 minutes away. When we got there, the male and female were so sweet and told me my dog was so nervous and didn't want to traumatize her with some of the pampering, so bring her back to get her more comfortable with the services. Next, I wanted my dog to get an outfit and that same gentleman let my pup try 3 different sizes to make sure she was comfortable in her new outfit. So for Christmas I needed a last minute appointment for full dog grooming! My usual place was booked all the way until the new year. I decided to try this grooming place because of all the wonderful reviews ! I called the night before and I wanted to come in next day which happened to be the Friday right before Christmas. The wonderful gentleman who answered the phone told me they're really busy but he was able to fit me in! I was so thankful! Friday, I was 15mins late to our appt, I called them ahead of time and the lady said no problem. I get to this place and was greeted again by the nice man who I booked the appointment with. I filled out the paperwork because it was my first time there. I was greeted by the gentleman and also the lovely lady in the back came out to meet my precious Odin Boy! She was very friendly and you can tell she really loved dogs! She took the time to meet me and my baby, she was all warm and bubbly which I loved, my dog also loved the attention! I told her about what kind of cut I would like for my baby as well as how to be gentle with him as he is an older dog, I also mentioned his conditions and stuff, I also asked for teeth cleaning as it was an add on. She was like don't worry we will take very great care of him! I Get a call back 1h later that my baby was ready for pick up! Unfortunately I was working and I picked him up 1.5 hours after he was ready, I called them to let them know and the lady was like no worries, take your time, drive safe, we will see you when you get here. I came back to pick up my baby. I was shocked, he looked so handsome and very well groomed, they told me my dog was a great boy throughout the whole process and out of all the dogs they've groomed that day, he was the most well behaved dog. The wonderful gentleman complimented my Odin boy and said he is very sweet, well behaved, and handsome! I asked about pricing and I was shocked that for his size, grooming, and teeth cleaning add on, The friendly guy said $68 bucks, I was like in shock. I've been paying a lot more at our usually grooming place. I was so happy about the pricing, the outcome, and service. I gave them a $20 tip! (Don't forget to tip them) Now we have a new place and I will come back! Pricing is very affordable, Staff was so sweet and welcoming they treated me and my dog like family. The place is very clean and well lit as well! They had a little cute seating area too! They only take cash payments and Venmo at the moment.
