When I first looked at the work she had done, I was surprised as it was incomplete. The lashes did not go to the end of my lash line. She fixed it . She is a very positive nice young lady, but I lost half of my lashes within the first week . I messaged her twice during that week to try to get in and have her fix the problem but she could not or would not get me in except three days before my next two week fill, not good business . The lash extensions were not attached close enough to the root and some of them were put on crooked . After a week I went and had them "fixed " by a different lash person at a different salon in Astoria and they are beautiful. This was an extra expense to me. I canceled my follow up with this young lady. She needs more experience. I would not go to her if you are an experienced consumer of this product and or do not have perfectly long lashes and or need a creative artist. Again she's very sweet and accommodating, but lacks experience and know how . I would not go back to this gal at this salon.

They are so kind and patient whenever I have to reschedule and they are super quick to find a new time for me. They have a great system with texting reminders.
