Rose and her team did an amazing job bringing our wedding planning to life! They really work with you to create the perfect package for your wedding and everything from decor (including florals), parking, food, bar, music/entertainment, to ceremony + cocktail + reception spaces was included at a price we couldn't beat elsewhere. The bridal suite and upstairs loft area was great for pre-ceremony photos and the main area (used for both cocktail hour and reception) was the perfect blend of elegance, rustic charm, and cute accents. They also have a photo booth which we and our guests (we ended up with 90 total) loved! The night went so smoothly (they went above and beyond by improvising a tie breaker for our shoe game with a twist, wrapping our tossing bouquet in flower tape last-minute, and letting us borrow items like a card box and dessert stands/cutlery. Our 6-week coordinator Jamie was an absolute superstar in helping us iron out those last little details, and she was a total sweetheart in all our meetings and text exchanges (she even sent us pictures she took at our wedding a few days later via text). We hosted our baby's first birthday here and the experience was terrible. We were met by Aide and she was great and showed us La Petite Rose and Parity. We liked La Petite Rose for our party since the layout of Parity isn't ideal. It's a dance studio turned into a venue space in a not so ideal "U" shape. Anyways after our tour Aide texts us and says there was a mix up and our preferred date was already booked so we only had Parity as an option. We went with Parity since it's still good enough. We had a quote for about $3,600 with food and then since we didn't want to do food suddenly our quote became $4,000. Doesn't make logical sense since removing food shouldn't add $400, but the owner said they're a full service venue and the big cost is in providing the venue space and food is inexpensive, but to me that should be reduction in $400 if anything. Even still this was our best option because it's close and the venue is still very nice. We don't receive much communication except a message something like "hey [insert canned response], your payment is due now. thanks bye" So I pay and then it goes quiet again. 2 weeks out from our event some lady, Claudia, comes in guns blazing and just says you can't do the event at 12pm you have to do it at 11am so you can get out because we have a party at 4pm. Initially Aide told us we can do it from 12-2pm like we wanted, but sure whatever I get it. They have now booked a party at 4pm so things have changed. I didn't get written in our contract so I guess that's my bad. She also says you can only bring beer and wine. No mixed drinks! Definitely not what was said initially, but sure we can do that. At that point we just didn't want to talk to Claudia anymore so we said sure. 2 days out from the party Claudia then says, hey those drinks you are providing make sure you bring them chilled and ready to serve on the morning of the event that we forced you to change an hour early. Even though Aide mentioned that we could bring it in the day before and that they will chill them for us. So this is when I decided to call someone else to help us and express all my frustrations with Claudia. Everyone else has been great though. Allison, Rose, and Aide were all very nice and accommodating. Sure there were some mix ups and miscommunications along the way but the way Claudia talked to us has just been so condescending and has made for a lot of stress leading up to this event. Turns out Claudia is the one who handles the event coordination side. We would have been perfectly happy had she not existed in all of this since we have a planner for our dohl already. Literally just someone to open up the door to venue would have been sufficient. None of our requests were out of the ordinary, but they were merely confirmations of what was agreed upon before signing the contract. Claudia stated that these are the rules and we "signed the contract" but she never even made an attempt to help us out for any request that we had. Anyways, the day of the event is all good. But I would credit the success to our dohl event coordinator. I debated whether I should post this, but I got sold on having a full event service and paid more to NOT have catered food from Parity. I got terrible event service that was redeemed by another vendor who I paid separately. Rose intervened last minute once I expressed my concerns and gave us some help. Only because of that have I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. It's 3 stars because of how their event coordinator treated our simple requests: Can we start at 12pm since we already told our guests? No. Can we bring mixed drinks too? No. Can we bring our drinks a day before? No. It would have been nice if she treated us kindly and said to us. "Let me see what we can do." Or even made an attempt to ask her boss, but she didn't. She just told us no with each small request of ours. All of which was a "Yes" before we paid and signed the contract and all of which was a simple "Yes" when Rose took on the even coordination herself. All in all it's a solid venue and maybe there will be a next time we consider it and I'll give this place 5 stars, but we had a pretty terrible experience and these 3 stars are generous. read more

We attended a friend's wedding reception here, which included 50 people. Rustic décor and vibe, but it was very nice. It included a full bar and dinner (fish, chicken, or beef). The fish and chicken dishes looked very good and those that selected them said they tasted wonderful. My wife and I, as well as several others at our table, chose the beef and all of them were prepared well done. The ends were a little dry, but the centers were okay. The bartender did a great job, as well as the service staff and the wedding coordinator. The venue has four bathrooms in the middle of the reception hall, and they were kept clean and well stocked. The wedding was held at their sister venue, The Vintage Rose, located at the other end of the building (see separate review). read more

From the moment we stepped in to check it out, to a year later when we had our ceremony and reception there, the staff could not have been more professional, accommodating, and welcoming. When you visit the venue, they give you a tour, upfront pricing, recommendations for vendors they don't supply in-house, and even a small tasting of what the food is like! Our coordinator was Jamie and she was awesome! She made sure everything went smoothly. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail were commendable! She was always available to answer our questions and help us make decisions. We loved working with her. DJ Larry emceed and DJ'd. He spent lots of time making sure the music was reflective of our tastes. He was careful to get our names right. Can't say enough good things about him! La Petite provided all the decor and table settings, basic flowers, food, drinks, DJ, Photo Booth, and our coordinator. Everything was lovely. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about The Vintage Rose! I had my wedding here back in January 2024 and it was unforgettable. The team at this venue made it stress free for my husband and I. If you're looking for a one-stop shop venue, this is it!! My husband and I are not event planners at all and the thought of even planning for one was stressful enough. But the team at The Vintage Rose was really helpful and held our hand through everything. They know exactly how to plan and organize a huge event like weddings. I actually had my wedding at their smaller venue, La Petite Rose. For our budget and small guest count, it made more sense for us. Both venues are gorgeous. The Vintage Rose had more of a speakeasy vibe. La Petite Rose had more of a barn house vibe. Either way, both venues were beautiful. The wedding coordinator they paired us with was Jamie. Let me tell you, Jamie was an absolute angel. She worked with us so well with planning and coordinating the entire timeline for our wedding. She wore many hats on our wedding day. My favorite memory of her was when our guest kept coming up to my husband and I to say hi when we really should have been eating. She stood in front of our sweetheart table and kindly asked our guest to give us a chance to eat before approaching us. She was our bodyguard :) I loved this moment because she knew we should have a chance to eat and be by ourselves for just a moment before being with our guest. If you plan on having your big event here, please request for Jamie to be your coordinator. She was so friendly and you can tell she enjoys putting together these events. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in October. We had it at the Petite Rose. Very cute venue. Had a great time. The staff were amazing!!! They did such a great job on making sure everybody was having a great time. They did an amazing job on the decorations. Everything looked wonderful!!! I am so happy with this place and the staff. This venue is absolutely impressive; so beautiful! Everything about it is classy! The staff was wonderful, so attentive. It wasn't my party but they made me feel special as if it were. The picture booths were great for personal memories. The music was lively with a variety of genres. The food was artistic! Just attended a children's birthday party here, and I had a lovely time. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering our questions regarding the timeline of the party/meal/etc. You park in the back behind a strip mall, and from the outside the venue doesn't seem that special. Inside the place is very nice and clean with a farmhouse type of vibe. There's sliding barn doors, touches of wood and brick. The venue isn't that big, but the layout is very simple and easy to navigate. There was also a small upstairs section where they had a photo booth, and plenty of extra chairs if you wanted to get away from the business downstairs. We had checked out their sister venue for a wedding but didn't end up booking, it was nice to have it be full circle and host our shower there. We had access to using a lot of their props and decorations, Photo Booth included so that was a great perk and super convenient. Gustavo the coordinator was great! He was on top of it and had great communication throughout the whole process. My husband and I had our wedding at the La Petite Rose last weekend. It was originally planned for January 2021, but due to COVID, we had to reschedule for May. We also originally booked to use the main Vintage Rose reception room for our wedding, but we decided at the last minute to switch to the La Petite Rose (thanks to Pat for allowing us to switch!) Both venues are absolutely gorgeous, but the remodeled La Petite Rose seemed to fit our small, intimate, brunch wedding better. And I'm 100% satisfied that we had our special moments at the La Petite. Overall, we are so so so happy and 100% satisfied we did our wedding here. Everyone (Pat, Rose, Rebeca, Abel) was awesome, and our designated coordinator, Michelle was just perfect. Michelle went above and beyond for our special day, and my whole family and friends told me they thought our coordinator was super friendly and great at coordination. Moreover, Michelle is a perfect Korean-English bilingual so she definitely helped bringing both cultures into our ceremony and reception. My parents loved her! She is a great communicator, and I truly appreciated all her quick follow-ups. If you are looking for a space to hold a shower, a party, or smaller wedding and vintage glam is your style, you've found the one! The space itself is drop dead gorgeous! Rose really thought of everything when she designed the space. The color scheme is neutral with a beautiful mix of golds, silvers, matte grey and white- which makes it perfect to add your own personal pop of colors! The venue is really laid out well which includes a seating area with beautiful romantic vintage furniture, a mimosa bar, a designated space for the food (buffet style), lots of beautiful round tables and a wall of 3D flowers- which was perfect for a photo wall! Rose and her team was such a dream to work with. They are all so passionate about what they do and when speaking with them you can tell all they want to do is to make your dreams come true. It was so easy planning my bridal shower because they are so organized so it makes the process stress free! Rose is also one of the sweetest kindest people I met planning my wedding, so it just made everything fun. The day of my shower it all went so smoothly and perfect! I had numerous questions as the day for the event grew closer and the Rose Wade Event staff was always professional and knowledgeable. No matter who I spoke with, that person knew what I needed. Our event coordinator Gustavo was phenomenal, a true calming influence dealing with my anxieties on the day of the celebration. He and his staff took care of everything I had requested and some things I had not thought of. I also really appreciate the assistance supplied by Larry, the IT director. Larry figured out how to make our PowerPoint slide show work, even though we supplied it in the wrong format on the afternoon of the event, and he created a music playlist which was perfect for the event. La Petite Rose - Venues & Event Spaces Near Me - Orange, California

We had the wedding of our dreams at La Petite Rose! This was the first venue we went to see and we immediately fell in love with it. It looks funny when you pull up to it because its a random strip mall but when you enter you are teleported to an amazing beautiful location! We worked with Michelle as our coordinator and she was AMAZING! She responded to messages quickly and answered all my questions (no matter how dumb they may have been). She also helped me to coordinate a special dance for my husband and made sure the secret was kept under tight wraps! She also had our cocktails ready for us the second our ceremony was complete!! Unfortunately my husband and I aren't huge drinkers so that was the only drink we drank, she quickly picked up on that and made sure we had diet cokes at our sweetheart table vs alcohol. It's the little things! Half my guests only spoke Korean and it was SOO great to have a coordinator that could communicate with them. She also knows a lot about Korean wedding traditions (actually I think most of the staff there do, which is GREAT) and was able to guide me through what needed to be done and the best options. Michelle also kept everything in order and flowing in a timely manner, not just for the wedding day but even before. She sent emails and reminders of what I needed to get done. She contacted all my vendors and made sure everything was ready for wedding day. I also worked with Larry the DJ. He killed the song selections and also had a great number of Korean songs in his arsenal. We met with him a few times to discuss our taste in music and to iron out logistics for the reception. He was so easy to work with and knew exactly what we wanted. One thing we were concerned about was that when we went to the food tasting, the food wasn't as great as when we had sampled during our initial tour. Don't let that mislead you because the day of the wedding... our food was SOOOO good and everyone loved it! (the portions are HUGE too). Make note that they do not let you take your food to go. I didn't get to finish my meal because I ended up eating dessert and appetizers first, I would've loved to take it back to our hotel that night it eat it but we were told we weren't able to take it to go. (I'm sure they have a great reason behind this so I'm not upset about it just a little bummed). I also had a guest that was allergic to strawberries and I noted that on our master guest list and asked for an alternative. However, they were still served the salad with strawberries in it. Overall this venue is amazing!! The staff even more so and you can truly see that Rose (the owner) loves what she does and puts her heart and soul into each detail! read more

Such a beautiful setting, down to the smallest details! I attended a baby shower. The location is central Orange County, close to the freeway and parking was close and easy. The decor is so beautiful! Mirrors, vintage furniture, tea pots, curtains, sofas, glasses, silverware, coffee dispensers....I could go on and on. I would highly recommend La Petite Rose for your next event. Last weekend, we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday at La Petite Rose and words can't express what a memorable experience we all had! Everything from the food,to the service, to the decor, exceeded our expectations. Gustavo helped us coordinate the event and he honestly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! He helped make planning the event a breeze and the execution of the plans was very evident. The attention to detail was incredible and everyone was raving about how beautiful everything looked. Most importantly, my mom, the guest of honor, had the time of her life. I can't thank Gustavo and the entire staff enough for their kindness and dedication.
