They are efficient and helpful. Dr. Farajian diagnosed me with achilles tendonitis and two bone spurs. She compassionately listened to my experience and concerns and recommended treatments including red light, laser, shock, and injections into my heel. Every step of the way she Christina and Jasmine have been helpful with my recovery. After 3 months, I am no longer in pain. Recently I broke my toe. Dr. Farajian found the fractures that the urgent care couldn't see. It was a relief to quickly have an accurate diagnosis, instead of having to suffer and wonder. I appreciate Dr. Farajian's keen insight and kind manner and her amazing office staff.

My husband and I had been walking daily to prepare for the trip, and I developed a bone spur that caused so much swelling & pain, I thought it was going to ruin my trip. Dr. Farajian squeezed me in for assessment and offered a 2 day plan before leaving. Day 1 Sound Wave shock therapy. Day 2 Dual Laser Therapy. By day three I was on a plane to Paris with a walking boot. My first day in Paris I did use a wheelchair for our visit to the Louvre but by the next day, I was able to walk boot free and pain free for the rest of my trip! Until I took a misstep and fractured my ankle on a castle tour at the end of our trip! I came home in the same boot I left in!!! But, not to worry, after 3 weeks of Laser therapy that Dr. Farajian recommended, I am so thrilled and ecstatic to be walking boot and pain free again with NO SURGERY!!! A massive thank you to Dr. Farajian and her office staff for taking such great care of my foot & ankle issues in a non-invasive and effective manner. These treatments are the real deal! I highly recommend Dr. Farajian and her team for their extraordinary results and personal care and support of their patients! -Renata Green-Gaber

However, the assistant informed me that his appointment was actually scheduled for yesterday and had been cancelled. She explained that because the appointment was cancelled yesterday , they didn't make any progress on my dad's information . I'm a bit skeptical, though, since our last appointment was a week ago , and they had mentioned requesting approval for an injection treatment on my Dad's left ankle a week ago, not at the last minute. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from a medical office. The staff member I spoke with was not only rude but also unprofessional. When I asked about my dad's appointment, she became defensive and blamed the patient for the cancellation. I was put on hold for an excessive amount of time on the phone after that I gave up to hang up the phone and drove directly to their office And I was met with the same uncooperative attitude. It's unacceptable that they refuse to apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes. My visit to the doctor's office was incredibly frustrating. After receiving my dad's MRI dis back to me, I was shocked that the staff didn't offer a simple apology. The lack of empathy and professionalism was staggering. I've never had a worse experience at a doctor's office. I will never come back again and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
