This Dr haddad should not have a license. Upper bleph with local performed in May 2025. When I returned for stiches removal he was in a hurry left eye he ruptured a blood vessel my eye swelled up and I could not see. His front desk contacted him since he left and said b Put a bottle of water on it! After an hour of bleeding I agreed to go to him just so they would release me. After the initial consultation, he assured me that I don't need surgery that will make things only worse and offered me to seek non-surgical solutions instead. He then shared a phone number of his colleague who could help me with fillers/prf injections and other less invasive eye bag treatments. All this was completely for free. The staff member who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She greeted me with "How may I help you?" but with an attitude that immediately made me uncomfortable. While I was speaking, she seemed confused -- but not in a genuine way -- and eventually began raising her voice with unnecessary rudeness. I truly hope their phone calls are recorded so management or the doctors can review the way patients are being treated. Although I scheduled an appointment. Why are there no current reviews? Because they have all been disappointed. Associated Physicians advertise eyelid surgery for $1499 through Groupon. When I called to set up a consultation, I spoke with Cynthia. She explained that there is an additional $800 for a treatment room? If I didn't want that, they could perform the surgery in the office, but we would need to cancel and get refund from groupon and pay them direct. So far, seemed strange. Made the appointment for consultation with the doctor. This time I was speaking with Vanessa. The doctor said I needed to also have an eyebrow lift which is an additional $2500, bringing the total amount to $4200. When I suggested only doing the eyelids, I was again told the surgery would not be good without the eyebrow lift. At that point, I felt like this was a very deceptive and unethical way of doing business. I was uncomfortable with the whole experience and decided that I would like a refund of the $1499 I had already paid. Vanessa started what seemed like a script she was reading. It really put me off. She really used the microdermabrasion to it's full extent and even used the smaller tool around my eyes. And it was gentle as can be! She used a mask of my preference which felt very effective! I really felt like she paid attention to details and got the full benefits without feeling like a weird groupon customer. The only suggestion I would have is that they don't use the doctor style paper bedding- It was so noisy and a bit uncomfortable. I just had my first ever Microdermabrasion facial. It was absolutely amazing! Susi, my esthetician, was extremely kind. She welcomed me the second I arrived. Then, during the process, she explained every step, making me feel very comfortable. I knew the benefits of microdermabrasion, but didn't realize how relaxing the actual process would be. Here we are less than 24 hours before my long awaited appointment and they call to tell me they can't see me at my appointment time because the"doctor has surgery". Excuse me? Was insulted humiliated and disgusted with the outrages behavior of the Quack, whom calls himself doctor. I wasn't even allowed to speak with you. When you pay good money. You should have something to show for it. 40 units was more than enough to show a difference. None was and either the product was bad or it was just Saline. Either way. The Doctor ripped me off. He said he would inject more. If I paid for more. Period. That's robbery. On top of the monies I paid and received nothing. He had the Gaul. To request I'd pay him again a week later to give me the same thing I had just paid for. Mr. Quack is looking across the desk and can see zero results from his procedure the prior week. should have went back to skin zone, before trying your business just because it was closer. They say the cheap comes out expensive . So very true when it came to my experience with associated Physcian. The following week I went back to skin zone in and out in 5 mins 20 units the next day full results were noticeable. As of today I still look great no frown lines. You are a nice lady. No disrespect to you. But I have nothing positive or good to say about the quack who pretends to be a Doctor. Who steals money from people. I had half of the units for less than half the cost. Many places like this will try to sell you their products or other services, but not here. I would highly NOT recommend. I purchased a Groupon for Botox. They had to reschedule due to "Dr. in surgery", again like another reviewer mentioned. What troubled me the most was that they asked for my Insurance Card - when I told them I've never ever been asked for my insurance card for a Groupon Botox, she responded "just in case we need it". Beware of any office that asks for your insurance card for a Groupon service!! I adamantly refused, so she asked for my driver's license. She told me it was "required by law". Again, never heard that one before. But that was only the beginning. I then met with Dr. Knight, who tried to UPSELL me on needing more botox. I told him I was only interested in the 20 units I had purchased, and for 10 minutes he kept trying to persuade me to agree to his method of treatment requiring more units. I was firm, and was brought into another room where Teresa administered my units. She was pleasant and professional, although I did have to ask for an ice pack, which I normally do not have to at other offices. I'm hoping for the great result I always get, but will definitely NOT be returning here. Also, the amount of personal paperwork was ridiculous! This place is shady. They don't have a website. Can't find a list of doctors who works there on the internet, or at least of the one who helped me. I noticed their office was unusually empty the whole time. That should have been a sign. So disappointed! I had Juvederm lip augmentation and Botox for crowfeet lines done there. Terrible job. I have a bump in the center of my lips and on the inside of the lip wall, with the sides of the lips empty, like a bird's beak. Also, instead of injecting Botox into and near the wrinkles, she did it half inch under the lowest one, missing all wrinkles completely. Total waste of money. Dr. Knight was too wordy, gave long sales pitch about his credentials, but wasn't interested in listening to my requests. After procedures I was shocked to see such a bad job and shared my concerns with him. He was somewhat demeaning, argumentative and didn't seem to understand what was wrong with what the nurse did. I doubt their good reviews are from real clients. Doubt he's a real doctor. Would never go back, or recommend this place for these two services. read more

Seemed knowledgable and I told him my concern about getting a droopy eyelid. He gave me a lecture about how that can occur if done improperly. His nurse whisked me into a separate room and I again told her I was afraid of a droopy eyelid. She was very nice and that was that. 7 days later my lid drooped. I looked like I was wasted or deformed. Tried to get an appt to be seen again and that of course, took a week. I met with a second man (honestly not sure if he was even a dr.). Took one look and with a smugness suggesting how stupid I was, implied that I somehow rubbed my eye causing the droopiness. He said my only choice would be to wait 2-3 months for it to wear off and he has seen worse droopy eyelids. And, with that, waved me away. A warning to all my female Botox friends - after googling both "doctors" run as far away as you can. Good luck ladies! Dear Leticia P. Nice try. I had a facial with Susie and it was nice. I was a bit uncomfortable because I'm pregnant BUT Susie did what she could do accommodate me and got me lots of pillows. It was hard to relax listening to street traffic drive by and I wasn't a fan of the smells of scrubs and lotions being used (but it might be my super sense of smell that I have right now). I felt refreshed after all was said and done but I couldn't handle leaving the creams on my skin, I felt a bit like rubber and the smell killed me.
