If I could give Sarah ten stars I would! She told me she'd be available to serve my papers on Thursday, and sure enough, Thursday morning she served them! The person who I needed her to server papers to (my landlord) has an incorrect home address listed publicly. I told Sarah I would have to let her know whenever I see my landlord around the building so she could try and serve him. I didn't even know he was around when I received a call from her notifying me that it was done. Sarah is fast, professional, and kind as well. I found Sarah by looking for a process server on yelp, just like you are. I had hired another PS before I found Sarah to serve a temporary restraining order and she didn't do it in time or sign the proof of service. Accordingly, I had to re-serve the TRO. I needed to serve it immediately by someone professional and timely - thank God I found Sarah! I paid for an express serve, and she was on it within hours (was happy to pay the extra money, it was worh it). The person was evading being served, and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure the the job was done. She will advocate for you, and do everything she can to ensure that you will be satisfied with her services. Sarah was a TOTALLY opposite experience from the pitiful first process server I hired. If you need to serve someone definitely go with this firm. I gave Sarah a name and told her that the person was an employee of a certain company and gave her his home address. Well, it turned out the company had merged with another company and the home address was out of date, but I didn't need to worry because she was already on it. Once served, the paperwork was put in the mail promptly and I was able to file it at the courthouse with no issues. She also has contacts with other good process servers in case you need someone served who is outside of her area (multiple defendants for example). read more

This process server was unbelievably QUICK when the LA County Sheriff Dept still hadn't served the respondent for over a week. Between placing the phone call, dropping off the restraining order then two hours later the respondent was SERVED! They were spot on in catching the individual and having the signed proof of service done quickly. The minute I recieved the text it was a huge weight taken off my shoulder. I highly recommend this company and am impressed on how quick it was done on a Friday afternoon. Don't expect the Sheriffs Dept to get around to it for at least 8-9 days.
