When I walked it I was absolutely assaulted by the incredible smells of various meats/smoked meats. I was welcomed into the store like I had been a customer for a decade. The place is absolutely spotless and in anything dealing with food, that's an absolute necessity. I walked around and picked out some brawts that looked incredible, some sour dough crackers and some beef jerky. This store even has specialty meat and bone treats for your dog. Of course, I feed my dogs better than I feed myself so I had to buy them a few things. I walked it to check it out and walked out with a hundred dollars worth of stuff. We were met by in incredibly outgoing and precocious young woman named Vanessa and she gave us a personal tour and detailed explanations of what they sell and what they can do for us. She was absolutely incredible and the daughter of the owners. The building itself was clean, clean, clean. How clean simply cannot be understated. Heck, immaculate doesn't even cover it. There aren't even finger prints on the stainless steel display cases. Vanessa and her family run a tight ship they obviously care a great deal about. The meat, pork and seafood choices are incredible. I especially liked the chile rubbed prime rib. This is a great place to find world class carne asada. They even have Japanese Wagyu beef. This meat market is very near to my house and my new butcher shop. They also have fresh corn and flour tortillas. Not to mention, fresh and hot tamales. This is a gold mine......

My dad struck up a conversation with Carmine, who was working behind the counter as he does every day, just as his dad (according to him).
