Dr. Zin Min is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manners are outstanding. Alex is always very helpful (especially when helping us max out our benefits, as we are dual insured). The support staff are sweet and kind. The selection and cost of the eyewear is very good and we have always found something we wanted (the husband prefers Oakley and me and the kids like Ray-bans/Ralph Lauren). We have been coming to this practice going on three years ( I found them through Yelp) and we are not changing anytime soon. I recommend them ten times over....

She was very thorough, and we discussed my medical history in-depth. After my appointment, I met with the staff member David to go over my options for glasses. He was so much fun, and I found the perfect pair. The whole process was easy, and I was so happy to find a pair of glasses AND sunglasses. One time I even had an emergency, I woke up in the the middle of the night feeling like something was stuck in my eye and it would not stop watering. I came in, and the doctor rinsed my eye and helped remove whatever was causing the irritation. She couldn't see anything specific, but it was most likely lint from a blanket. I was really uncomfortable, and they took care of me right away. The staff was kind, patient, and attentive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good eye care, especially if you have Medi-Cal -- that's a huge perk.

I called ahead of time and they easily scheduled my appointment for the next day. They kindly provided a contact lens case for me to use when I took off my contacts before my eye exam. Dr. Nguyen was quick and efficient with my eye exam and kindly answered my questions about LASIK since he's been recommending me to get it done while I'm still young. The staff was super friendly and patient when I was deciding on which pair of glasses frame I wanted. It's always so hard for me to choose a suitable frame, so I took a while, but they never rushed me. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and plenty of mirrors to use while trying on the frames. I was also notified the next day that my glasses were ready for pick up already! That's super fast! My insurance covered the glasses, so I just had to pay for the contact lens exam which was $115 which is reasonable.
