Not honest people. Brought some clothing to be altered and was quoted a price, they were "upfront" and said it would be an extra $2 if more work was needed. I thought it would be smooth from there. When I arrived to pick up the items, the bill was almost triple what they quoted. Never called me to check if that was okay, never asked if I was willing to pay that much more from the quote. Just, surprise, here's your bill. When I asked why they didn't let me know the items supposedly needed THAT much more alterations for basic service, since they had my phone number, she just kept repeating herself that it needed more work. No apology, no remorse. I let them know I thought it was unprofessional and she didn't seem to care at all. read more

Mike the owner does not take responsibility for ruining clothes. Then he insinuates that customer has done something uncouth. He ruined my white blouse that turned yellow but I only noticed it in the closet recently still with his paper and plastic on it. He insinuated that it had either been worn afterwards because it had some wrinkles in it or that many cleaners use the same paper and plastic logos insinuating that I would have put them on from another cleaner! Incredibly bad business and insulting service. Please do not use this business! We have taken our dry cleaning here for years but new owner is dishonest and incredibly rude. I used to go here all the time until we found a cleaner closer to my house. They were friendly and did a great job with uniforms and work clothes. Unfortunately, the last time I went in, I did not receive the same service I was used to from them before. I took in 4 blazers that were covered in pet hair due to my sister accidentally knocking them to the floor and not realizing her dog had laid on them. I of course expected to pay more for that but was surprised when they told me my clothes were problematic due to staff's allergies and that they would have to charge me almost double for their trouble. He scolded me as though I were a child for something I had been apologetic about when I walked in so I was very surprised. I told him I understood and would take my business elsewhere so his staff didn't have to deal with the allergy situation and he became very irritated with me. The whole situation was very odd. Everyone has a bad day but his attitude/tone made me not want to bring my business here again. read more
