Score Bay Leafs! All this for $4.26!
    Ann T.

Clean, well stocked and good prices. Tried two different markets looking for Bay Leaves and was passing by and saw this place. In the Mexican spice area, got a packet for $0.99, grabbed a bag of chips made in house with chili and lemon and some lemons and it rang up for $4.26 - now that's a deal! Walk in and produce to your right, butcher counter in the back and to your left was a hot food area selling all Mexican standards. Up front by the register was sweet breads. Conveniently located on the corner of Louise & Main St.

Produce is a bit old and wilted but if you need hot peppers in a pinch, this is the place to go.

Lot of the food on the shelves is expired or expiring, and they're trying to sell it at a cheaper price

I didn't realize I needed to have the app to get the special price when I went to check out. The cashier was amazing. She was nice and didn't make me feel stupid or uncomfortable for not having it all ready. She told me to download the app real quick and had another person to help me out if I needed. I got the app download which was super fast and easy. Another guy checked me out so I didn't have to wait in line. Every one was so nice and respectful and I so appreciated it. I have found that I'm really starting to like this store as the meat department is amazing. Super clean, fresh and top notch. The produce section is amazing as well. So clean, freash and fully stocked looking beautiful.. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers..I will be shopping there way more often.. Many blessings to the workers in this store.

My experience with Indian grocery stores has one huge drawback--I'm not Indian, I'm Japanese…read more That said, I was pleased to take time to visit this store after my haircut down the strip mall. It is a small area with only around 4 aisles and refrigerated cases. I'm not sure if there were freezers because there was a dear lady stocking along that area. I picked up some Haldiram's quick entrees that come in bags, Maggi noodles, and Hot Punjabi Mixture snack. The store had many, many convenience items for students or people who didn't grow up in an Indian household. There were a lot of recipe bases to get you started, a large assortment of teas, pots and pans, and some health & beauty items. There were so many things in such a small space, I couldn't describe them all. I was only surprised at the lack of Patak's sauces and such. What's best is that the prices were not horribly high. The Haldiram's packages were 3 for $5.00, which is less than Big Lots charges for their sparse selection. One pack of the noodles was almost double the price of the other, which is a little expensive, since they're tiny packages. The snack seemed a good price. I'm sure I'll be a regular shopper.

We also got a 6pc order of lumpia, half chicken, half pork so that was nice you can pick. The lumpia was freshly fried, you could feel it through the bag, and still hot when we got home. I think I preferred the pork over the chicken filling. The pork sisig was a bit tough and on the charred side and overall a bit hard to eat. It didn't taste fresh. the garlic rice was good though, soft, and fragrant and the portion was generous. the fried egg was cooked well too. Just was hoping for a better pork sisig, and it had white stuff in it. at first we thought it was like melted mozzarella cheese that was cooked w/the pork, but it wasn't cheese....not sure what it was. They make the food to order and it took a while to come out. In the meantime we walked around the store a couple times but then I went to take a seat outside at the table. I would be interested in coming back to try one of their other breakfast items.
