Glad to have a local meat market when I am craving something specific and feel like I can afford it. La Rosca has high end cuts of beef, but they also have a variety of seafood, and some marinated chicken thighs. They also cater party trays with ceviche and marinated meats for the grill. Staff are friendly and often will offer samples to try or bring home. They have a small market section with chips, tortillas, and some freshly prepared salsas.i bought a couple of pollo asado chicken thighs today and they came out great. Highly recommend!

Saw this place on my Tik Tok, and I wanted to make some homemade carnitas and decided to give this place a try. This location has plenty of parking. Walked in and it was nice and clean with items organized. The butcher that attended me was very friendly and asked me if i have been there before. I told him it was my first time, and he told me they sell chicken, wagyu, ribs, shrimp, oysters, etc.. I asked him if he had the meat I needed for my carnitas, and he said he had it in the back. He came back meat looked good. Got a few more meats to go to give it a try. The carnitas came out delicious. would definitely go back and get meat from there. Prices arent bad neither and they also sell marinated meats.

Gorgeous meats and fantastic service! They wrap and package the meat beautifully for the customers, including a fresh garnish. We also got a free sample of their fresh ceviche. Such friendly people! We will definitely be back.

Quality is great, meat seasoning is perfect and really good. The meat grills great and meat is so tender. Other Arrachera from other meat markets are tough but not this one. Everyone loved it. The cleanliness of the store is what keeps me going back. I don't have to smell old meat l, everything here is fresh. Also the service was great really helpful and noticed they take their time explaining to each customer the answers to the questions they receive no matter how long line is. Definitely worth every penny.

Holy cow. Literally. Normally Costco was my source for red meat but these guys have them topped.

Fantastic meat market, with variety of high quality (Prime, Choice, and Wagyu) and a nice selection of seafood and prepared ceviches as well! The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is immaculately clean. Amazing to have this in the neighborhood.

The shop isn't very big but feels super clean inside and it doesn't have a meat smell. There's two huge meat fridges showing you what they have, plus couple fridges and shelves filled with stuff that you might need to cook with your food like spices, aromatics, seasonings. The staff here are really nice and helpful too. They even give you complimentary containers of their salt rub. My partner and I specifically come here specifically for their Picanha steaks which are extremely high quality and affordable. They're great to cook using the reverse sear method or grill like they do at Brazilian steak houses. They taste fantastic with chimichurri or even just with flaky salt because of how buttery the steaks are on their own. The last time we were here, we got 10 steaks for around $150 and we seriously thought we'd be spending way more. Of course the cost will depend on what you, like the prime rib here is very expensive, but weigh out your options! I do think everything else here seems to be a great price for the quality compared to mass grocers. I'd highly recommend anyone to check out this shop!

For a period of time, I was getting my wagyu steaks from Costco for a stellar price per pound when it was in-stock, but they stopped carrying it for a year and a half so it was time to find someplace else to get my wagyu fix. I decided one day to check out this carniceria after walking home from the local farmer's market and lo and behold, my precious wagyu strip steak was staring back at me whispering to buy it. You bet I bought the steak and on a whim too lol. It even came with a certificate of authenticity and a very nice paper bag! The market inside is very spacious and it's clear to me that they keep their store pretty clean as it did have a bleach-like odor. While their primary focus is selling various cuts of "elite" meat, they also offer a selection of marinated protein, and accoutrements. After securing the goods, my husband grilled that baby up and we devoured every sliver of medium rare goodness. It's fatty but in the best way possible and a little goes a long way in terms of getting and staying full. I will definitely be coming back here to try out other cuts of meat!

Recently we came back…read moretwice, once on Sunday as I forgot that the paella was a Friday thing, so the staff told me that they usually have paella and clam chowder freshly cooked on Friday. They happened to have a small tub of Friday clam chowder left for sale, for a whopping $16! That price dropped my rating to a 4 star. Service is still 5, but man, the value proposition isn't as high as before. The clam chowder tasted good, creamy and all, but $16 for that is really hard to swallow. The store itself is clean and sells a variety of meat products and imported goods such as from Italy. We came again on Friday evening, at 5pm exact and saw the paella pan laid outside with some amount of paella piled up. The pan felt cold and we were confused if they haven't started cooking or those were the left over. So we went inside to ask and they said the paella was available starting at 5pm, so what's on the pan was cooked. We bought 1 portion, which feeds 2-3 and it came in two 16 oz tubs. For $35, it fed my husband and myself just right. The smoky flavor was on the rice with meat and lots of clams and mussels (but not those fatty mussels that you saw in the Belgium style dish). $35 for dinner of two is not as bad value as the $16 bowl of chowder. So overall, 3.5-4 stars for food and value, 5 stars for service and friendliness.
