Custom Cut Butcher is a hidden gem! The shop is spotless, well-organized, and the quality of the meat is immediately noticeable. What impressed me most was their custom-cut service--they can slice steaks to your exact preferred thickness, whether you like a thin-cut steak for quick searing or a thick 2-inch cut for a perfect reverse sear. They even have a visual thickness guide, which makes ordering incredibly easy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with recommendations. It's refreshing to find a butcher that combines excellent customer service with such attention to detail. If you appreciate high-quality meat and personalized service, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I'll absolutely be back!

So happy this is my local butcher shop! I always come here for my special occasion prime rib! Dry brined for 3 days and roasted low and slow -- dare I say it turns out even better than House of Prime Rib. I also love their whole chicken, cut up by Alfonso, the main butcher guy. My husband and I are snobs about chicken -- we like them small, skin -on, and flavorful without being too chicken-y. This fits the bill for us. We literally use up every single part of the chicken. The bones make an incredible chicken stock! Kamal, the owner, and Alfonso both provide incredible customer service. They want you to be happy with your purchase, and are always looking to help you out! The shop interior is also very clean and organized - a must for a butcher shop!

Love this place!! The service is second to none. The quality of their meat is wonderful. We drive 20 min out of our way to shop here......won't buy our meat anywhere else.

I was nervous about buying meat from a butcher shop for the first time, but the experience here immediately put me at ease. Both the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the one behind the counter were incredibly kind, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or clueless. I ordered a prime rib and a halal, grass fed ribeye, and both were top quality, beautifully cut, fresh, and clearly handled with care. You can tell they take real pride in their products and their service. The shop itself was very clean and well organized, with a vast selection of sauces and spices, a frozen seafood section, and even fresh dog food available. If you're looking for high quality halal meat and genuinely helpful staff, this place is the real deal. I'll absolutely be coming back!!

Amazing place.. our go to for all our meat needs for the past two years.. they provide the highest quality, consistently and reliably. We buy their cajun chicken burger patty every single week for protein. The staff is kind, super helpful and goes above and beyond. Kamal, the owner is one of the kindest and most genuine people you'll meet. He actually cares about his customers and making sure they have the best meat available customized to their needs and takes feedback seriously, immediately implementing changes. We've also regularly gotten chicken thigh, wings, curry cut, their marinated chicken and fish that you can pop into the air fryer directly and their ground meat as well.. all excellent. We will be their customers as long as we are in the area. Thank you kamal and team! Indebted to you..

I can't say enough good things about this butcher. They carry incredible dry-aged steaks that are cut to order, with organic options that make it easy to choose quality without compromise. The customer service is absolutely stellar--knowledgeable, friendly, and they really care about helping you pick the perfect cut. Since finding this shop, I no longer go to Whole Foods for steak. There is such a huge discrepancy about two of "the same" cuts of steak. The quality here is unmatched, and the prices are even better. If you're serious about steak and want the best in both taste and experience, this is the place to go!

The hub was looking for some primo steaks for a white elephant gift (you read that right!) so first time visit here. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter and I were taken by surprise as goats came in. LOL We walked out with Prime rib eye at great price. They had a good selection of spices too. They vacuum seal vs butcher paper.

Stumbled across this butcher after realizing the meats I had been purchasing weren't high quality. The store was sparkling clean with plenty of parking in an adjacent lot and garage. The three people working behind the counter were endlessly nice and kind in explaining the quality of their meat. Their prices are extremely competitive. They also sell a variety of sauces, marinades, and spices, along with tinned fish. I can't wait to try all the varieties of meats they serve. Customer service alone was five stars. I'll absolutely be back!

It was our first time in a mom and pop butcher shop. The husband and wife are super knowledgeable and were super sweet in answering all of our questions. You can see the personal attention and care they give to the meats and customers. Love that they have prepared and ready to cook items as well!

Let's start with the good, or I should say best. The sashimi here is the best of any Asian market bar none. You could even say better than some Sushi restaurants (I won't name them). Even some of the newer Asian markets like T&T have disgusting sashimi... to the point you can taste the ice bc they hadn't fully defrosted it. The only nit I have is bruh... stop putting the frickin plastic sauce packets right on top of the fish. Why? Why would you do that? Stop it. Come on. Why in the actual F would you do that? Ok, I know this sounds more like complaints but I do really like Mega Mart to be clear. 2 other issues: #1. Dude... what're you guys doing with the panchan? When did you start adding so much sugar and sugaring the F out of the panchan. This is not how it should be. Old Korean grandmas are literally turning in their graves with this sacrilege. Maybe panchan sales are falling, but you can be damn sure I will never buy this again with the amount of sugar you guys add. Like why? Why 50% sugar... seriously, this panchan candy bar nonsense makes no sense! #2. What happened to organic natto? Like bruh. You only had 1 brand left that was organic. Sure I could go to Nijiya and have a choice of 2, but I'm disappointed you guys stopped carrying the only organic natto you had.

I dropped by for my usual mushroom run and decided to peruse the aisles. I was excited to see that they now have a "Vegan Vegetable Mandu" offering in the hot food section. I had to grab both options to test them out : Unlimeat Kimchi Mandoo and Unlimeat Vegetable Mandoo. Each package has 8 pieces and a packet of shoyu. After trying both, the kimchi version won me over a bit more. The other option is lighter in flavor, and I'm a fan of bold and spicy food. Adding the shoyu helps, but I could easily eat all the kimchi ones alone. I'm not sure I'd get them often, but I like having an option in the grab and go section for when I'm short on time and hungry. They also added some Pulmone vegan-friendly microwave dumplings to the frozen section, so I got those too. I noticed some plant-based bulgogi kimbap in the frozen section, but I decided to skip them because I'm iffy about the textures of frozen kimbap. I love when grocery stores have vegan-friendly options! I hope this means they'll start adding more vegan-friendly options in the grab and go hot food section. The produce section was not as extensive as those at other Asian markets, but it was still adequate. However, the store carried many unique candies and snacks that I have not seen elsewhere. Notably, sakura flavored products were especially common during my visit. There were two large sections dedicated to premade meals, including rice bowls, hand rolls, onigiri, and sushi. The rolls seemed overly heavy on the rice, with relatively little fish filling. The prices also felt somewhat high for the portion sizes. However, the store offers a 20 percent discount on sushi and bento boxes daily after 6 PM. I ordered the nigiri combination, which included salmon, tuna, and scallop. The scallop was plump, and the tuna was sliced thickly. The salmon was slightly thin but still rich and fatty. Overall, the fish quality was good. The sushi rice was above average, with a distinct vinegar flavor despite being refrigerated. The total cost for the eight pieces was close to restaurant pricing, though the convenience factor partly justified it. I would rate this market a 3.5 out of 5 but rounded up for the good sushi rice. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for produce, but this is a good place for snacks and premade meals, especially after 6 PM.
