I trusted this dry cleaner with my wedding dress and deeply regret it. After my wedding, I brought my dress in simply to have the bottom cleaned (from normal wear while walking) and the entire dress pressed and refreshed. The dress was in excellent condition--there were no stains on it at all aside from the expected dirt along the hem. When I picked it up, I didn't inspect it right away because I trusted that it had been properly cleaned. A few months later, when I finally took it out to look at it, I was shocked. There were multiple stains all over the dress that looked like oil or grease--stains that were absolutely not there before I brought it in. When I returned to the shop about six months later to address the issue, the owner immediately blamed me, insisting that I must have caused the stains myself and that they had been there all along. She also said that if I had a problem, I should have come back sooner. That response was incredibly frustrating--of course I didn't come back sooner because I had no reason to re-open my wedding dress, and I trusted that it had been handled with care. She offered to have their wedding dress technician attempt to remove the stains--but only if I paid an additional fee. After they were the ones who caused the damage, I had no confidence in letting them touch my dress again. In the end, I only received a partial refund for the original service, and now I'm left having to find a reputable specialist to try to fix the damage they created. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience, especially considering how meaningful and irreplaceable a wedding dress is. I took in 19 various pieces of clothing including a men's trench coat, women's coat and what is called a western duster (Like a trench coat) at the cost of 198.15. I picked up my items and all 19 were there, we counted while there. About a week later I pulled my duster to wear it but it felt light, but being in a hurry as a Iwas running late I just put in the truck. Later that day when I put it on I could feel it was not as heavy and it was not warm. So I realized the lining was missing and what is called a cape that fits over the shoulders was missing also. I called and spoke to a girl who said I had to talk to the owners who would be back in a few days and would have them call me. Well that never happened. I finally called them they asked me to bring the coat by so and leave it with them and they could look at the cameras. Then a few days later I called and they said had taken my coat to the store and said that the coat did not come with a liner I told them I bought with the liner. Weeks later they tell me to come to the cleaners they want to show me on the camara. Now they say I did not bring that coat that I made a mistake and it was a different coat that had a zipper. I do not own a trench coat with a zipper. The video is not clear. It was a new coat that I had received for my birthday in January. I can afford to buy another coat or buy the accessories. THAT IS NOT THE POINT! THE POINT IS I DROPPED IT OFF COMPLETE AND I RECIEVED IT MISSING PIECES !!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING BE RESPONABLE!!! I had been using them in since 12/27/22 until 2/10/23 and spent close to $500.00 and they could care less and very deceitful. I RECOMEND YOU DON"T DUE BUSINESS HERE!!! read more

They have a very strong Christian work ethic and bend over backwards to make customers happy. They care about customers and do the job right. I tried several cleaners until I found Val Verde and Sunshine (both owned by Mr. & Mrs. Park). Many cleaners send their cleaning off site and it causes problems like lost clothing, delays or damage. Not here, everything is done on sight. You will pay a little more then the "$2 bargain" cleaners but they do it right, never had a lost piece or any mysterious damage. A big indicator of a success for a business is employee turnover, their employees tend to stay several years and appear to be treated well. The employees have always treated me courteously. If you want no hassles and the your cleaning done right-come here! I know for a fact if there is any issue with alterations or satisfaction, they will fix it without delay. Second, they tried a bait-and-switch: they quoted one price and charged me another when I went to pick up the clothing. Used this place about 5-6 times for alterations. Usually always did great and low prices. So this last time I felt comfortable enough to bring in a big job (2 dress hemmings and bring in the waist a bit on a skirt). Dropped off Thursday, picked up Tuesday. Low prices vanished. $52. Which i would have been fine with if it was a good or even proper job. One dress came out good. Second dress missed a little section of hemming which was fixed as soon as I pointed it out. The skirt, absolute horrible job. Its a pleated skirt, and you can definitely tell that she rushed. Pleats didn't lay right. Loose strings that just started unraveling. If it's too hard or you can't do it then say that. Don't do a mess up just so you can charge for it. For $52 I could have brought my own equipment and altered everything myself. So if you charge me for it then it needs to be right. So now after calling them out on it, she's going to fix it correctly free of charge (since I was already charged), but of course now have to wait til the end of the week again to pick it up. They were so good before, that's why I kept coming back. But after this last time, I'll definitely be finding a new place to go. The skirt was that bad, I mean come on now. Not too happy at the moment. Repairs cost more than the actual items did. Totally disappointed! read more
