Better than when we'd wash at home lol we liked it so much, we did a few rounds before our machine came in. Now we use them for bulky items, like our king comforter. Great business great service! I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. Totally going to use this service more regularly especially since booking is easy. Thank you!

There are different prices for different washers that you use single load, top load, and multiple loads. You load a washing card with money and use the card to start the machines. Cards are reusable and convenient cause you don't need to carry around a lot of change. I'll be back.

This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. Then, we used one small dryer, it was big enough to fit both loads. The dryers prices were much nicer, $1.50 for 42 minutes. I think the key was for every seven minutes, add 25¢. For the total of $11.50, I don't believe it was a bad experience. It was very hot, no A/C which I could tell. They have a vending machine dedicated to cleaning supplies & a vending machine for cold drinks. I got a coke bottle for $3 (not including in the final total). This was my first laundromat with a washer card, or perhaps, I've just always used quarters. However, one of the people waiting for their clothes was kind enough to point me to the direction for the card. It was fairly busy while we were there, but not so much that we couldn't get washers/dryers. My boyfriend said he would rate this a 7/10 experience because he wants to be able to just tap his card & it's hot in here.

I was also under the false impression that my mother was no longer living so when Debra saw my file, found a name and told me she was she alive, I sort of panicked. I hadn't expected to be reaching out to a live person! What if she didn't want to connect, how would I handle that? I decided either way, I wanted to know. Debra coached me through what to do but left the final decisions up to me. I wrote a letter of introduction for myself, knowing that may be as close as I ever get. Debra kept me informed of all the steps as we took them because I've never done anything like this before. Debra reached out and I heard back immediately and then met my mom within days of that contact. It's been such a wonderful feeling to know I look like someone, something an adoptee fully understands. I now have a connection to history. I have known ancestry. It's odd to say but knowing about them has made such a difference in knowing about me. My father's identity is still a mystery but that's okay at this time. I have a mother who wants a relationship with me and we share so much in common it's like finding a new best friend. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history. It's like discovering a part of yourself that you never knew was missing. Like finding another half of a story you already thought you'd read. It's a very profound feeling. I highly recommend it!
