I've been using Sam's Cleaners for years and years. Never had an issue. My shirts always come back fresh, and you can cut yourself on the creases. But don't go to Sam's just for the cleaning, go to Sam's for Sam! You've got to meet thus guy. He's a character worthy of note. Extremely friendly, and if you go in there more than twice a year, he'll greet you by name. "HEY Alex, how are you doing" . On my most recent visit, it was a Monday, I mentioned that I just got back from a two month road trip, but am going back out on the road to Vegas in a bit. He then proceeded to blow me away. On every occasion prior, he always told me, I'm talking always, that my shirts would be ready by Wednesday. This time however, he asked when are you heading out? I assured him that it wouldn't be for a few more days. "Oh ok" he says, "then your shirts will be ready by Thursday ". Ha! As my brother Phil would say "well, there you go". It just goes to show you, there's always a first time. Support Sam and his business. If nothing else, it'll give you an excuse to go next door and get some Crazy Bread. UPDATE 8/7/21: I went to pick up my dresses after I asked Sam to fix them and get them altered properly. Sam said they were already done and then he handed them to me in a pile; didn't have the decency to put them on hangers and steam them. No pride in his work obviously. And now I'm out $68 and can't wear my dresses. It's the end of summer now so this really sucks. Sorry to say I really like Sam but his handling of my alterations, when they were done incorrectly and unprofessionally was HORRIBLE. I paid almost $70 to get 3 dress' hems done and a strap tacked back on as well as have the dresses pressed, not cleaned since they all still have the tags on them. I am afraid I paid all that money and now the dresses are RUINED. And on top of it he says "he doesn't want to accept any clothes from me now". I just wanted a dress that is basically screwed up because of his alteration person cleaned. UGH!!! read more

We dropped off a dress for a wedding that was needed by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and we are told the iron isn't working and the dress isn't ready (a phone call would have been nice)...the dress may or may not be ready by Wednesday. We pick it up, pay then are told there are spots that were unable to be removed. The whole experience was stressful and the lack of communication is what made it worse. I dropped off my jacket with a pretty bad hot sauce stain (from that same day). Very friendly and family-owned business, I definitely got a good impression. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't placed in the correct hanger/bagged up with my name so because the owner wasn't available, the worker wasn't able to find my jacket and I had to return a different day. This was pretty inconvenient and worrisome since I spent a good amount of $ on my jacket. When I did come back the owner was able to find my jacket but unfortunately I wasn't given any discount nor really much of an explanation as to why. My jacket was clean and didn't smell like much so that's OK but I probably won't return based on the service and lack of consideration. I'm just not willing to risk it. read more

Great reviews, rush turn-around available - SOLD! With one day to spare before heading to a week-long conference, I brought in a bunch of work and dress clothes, including an expensive suit jacket, a pair of pants with leather trim, and another pair of pants with an oil stain on them from at least a year ago. Sam--who is such a lovely, friendly guy--promised to get them back to me within 24hrs. When I came back the next day, not only was everything ready on time, clean, and perfectly pressed -- but he managed to get the stain out!! Miracle worker!! Highly recommended. read more

The first time they didn't press or Get stains out that I had mentioned my shirts had. The last time I went, I dropped off five new shirts and three new pants,I just bought.
