Me and my mom came to this place to get my sisters wedding dress cleaned after the wedding and were charged 150 for the service. It was no problem and they gave us a scheduled date to come back and pick up the dress. Once we arrived they told us the dress wasn't ready yet and to give them more time. A little irritated, I payed it no mind as stuff happens, no hurry. But then today when we came to pick it up.. the lady said that we didn't pay for their service and we needed to pay another 150 for the service. This caught us off guard as how is she gonna have the dress that we paid to her to clean and she's now saying we didn't pay for? This made no sense but I'm going back soon with the receipt in hand to proof to them we already payed. Overall the service could've been better and they could've handled this a lot more better. It's shady to see such a cash grab attempt on local residents but I know I'll find another place from now on. read more

I have lived in Riverside for 20 years and I have used Jones Cleaners off and on for that period of time. I recently started going back to the old reliable cleaners ... however .... NO LONGER RELIABLE! In the course of the last year I have lost a number of clothing articles. After my last pick up of 10 items I had cleaned at Jones' cleaners I received 2 items that didn't belong to me. That means I lost 2 of my own items, it was total verification that they are negligent. The cost of using jones cleaners will not only be the high cost of their services but also the cost of replacing you clothing items. Save yourself the frustration. Jones Dry Cleaners provides an excellent quality and service when it comes to cleaning miscellaneous garments and clothing for the Inland Empire. The services prices are fair and the quality speaks for itself. Before taking in your clothes it's best to research weak points"rips, buttons, tares, and stains on any of your belongings and mark them with a tag so that the store representatives and yourself an have an easier process. The store offers of same-day service so if you drop it off at 8 a.m. and need it by 12 or 1 p.m. that day they're able to do that which is useful if you're in a rush. When approaching the parking lot there is limited parking space. The store is right between Uppercuts barber shop and the Ranch Market liquor store. The business do not share parking spaces. There are walls in place that divide the parking lots and there is no security that covers each lot. The entrance driveway is a little bit steep for low profile Vehicles so make sure to enter with caution. There are a few seats to sit in side the dry cleaners and a small 25 cent candy machine. There are no restrooms inside the facility for customers because we're usually in and out of a dry cleaners within 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you, Good luck! read more

I am sad to say that we were less than satisfied with the service we received from Jones Cleaners. We bought new pre-made drapes for our home that required alteration and pressing. We took them back twice to be repressed because they were so bad. The alteration was also less than satisfactory. After yet another call to complain, the manager came to our home and steamed them. He told my wife that her expectations were too high! We think his expectations are way too low. We will not be using Jones Cleaners again. read more

I went there to pick them up and i was in a rush did not have time to check them out. All my dress shirts were having lines all over them(like they didn't know how to iron).
