Beware!!! the older Asian gentleman at the front counter has anger issues. The customer before me (African American male) dropped of some clothing and when he left the guy at the counter threw his garments to the side. I was next to drop off a suite for cleaning and the owner just stares at me. I offered my suite which was in a zip bag and he starts to lecture me on how i was responsible to taking it out. Ive been here 5 years ago and never had this problem. So i noticed he was very rough with removing clothing from the hanger and rambles very loudly in his native tongue (Koren i believe) and finally had to stop him from there. I asked him to go easy on the clothes and he later starts to yell. Absolutly unacceptable, moron, you never ever yell at customers This place has 3 elements of bad business. 1.poor customer service 2. over priced service 3. integrity. BEWARE! I took my new coat I'd only worn a few times for mostly pressing since my son was graduating and we were leaving for Europe the next day. Well, when I picked up my items, I grabbed my coat to put on and the matching cinching belt was gone! I called them nicely letting them know I really needed it as I was heading to my son's graduation and leaving out of the country the next day. The lady was SO RUDE and said they never take the belts off. REALLY?! She put me on hold only to come back and say they'd watched a video and had SEEN that the belt wasn't on it. Seriously?! ABSOLUTE LIES!!! They refused to allow me to see the video and ended up hanging up on me. I never got my belt back, therefore my coat doesn't have it. I can't get over how rude she is and what liars they can be. Such dishonest business practices! NEVER GOING BACK TO THESE THIEVES!!!! I should have believed all the negative reviews. Terrible service & experience. Took my daughters homecoming dress to get altered because it fit her loose up top. Long story short she cut too much and now it doesn't close. Owner Jennie made my daughter take off her bra in order for the dress to close after it took 4 of us to close it. She can't even move in the dress & she laughed & said " no dinner for you" she said she can wear the dress as is because that's how it's supposed to be, I said she's supposed to not be able to move? Way over priced for what you get. I took a coat in and one faux leather jacket and it was $40. The jacket smelled clean and good but the coat did not. When I told her about it, she said wool just holds smells in and you can't wash it. She wasnt helpful and just kind of dissmissive as if I was supposed to be okay with the smell even though I just spend $20 to get it cleaned. I was highly disappointed and feel like I could have went somewhere else for a lot better of a price and service. I won't be returning. read more

I have uniforms that I need dry cleaned every week. I bring one uniform a week while I am using my other one while I am at work. It cost nine dollars for a top and bottom and if you don't spend at least $20 you have to pay with cash. Nobody carries cash anymore and nobody has time to go to the bank every week on top of picking up the dry cleaning. I was going to be a weekly steady customer for them and asked if they can just accept card, and they told me no. Seems a little shady for taxing purposes but whatever. Wasn't impressed because didn't really get my cloth back smelling fresh off the dry cleaners. They can also be a bit pricey with tailoring but when you have too then you can't complain. I just wish the clothing didn't feel like nothing happened to them....cleaning wise wasn't impressed. This used to be my go-to dry cleaners before I moved away from this part of town. Overall, no major problems with my clothes. I feel like their prices a little higher but the usually have quick service, usually about a 2-3 day turnaround. I did however drop off pants to get altered and they were STILL too long and they charged me AGAIN saying, they have to pay their seamstress to re-do it. To me, that's bad customer service. They should re-do it as a SERVICE to their customers, especially when I already paid $9.00 for a simple alteration which was measured by their own employee. Overall, my clothes come without stains or holes -- and feel clean so I'm happy about that. I'll just probably take alterations elsewhere. FYI, $10 minimum for credit cards. read more

A superior dry cleaner, especially with uniforms, suits and important clothes. Been coming to Mr. Park's cleaners for about 20 years. They have a very strong Christian work ethic and bend over backwards to make customers happy. They care about customers and do the job right. I tried several cleaners until I found Val Verde and Sunshine (both owned by Mr. & Mrs. Park). Many cleaners send their cleaning off site and it causes problems like lost clothing, delays or damage. Not here, everything is done on sight. You will pay a little more then the "$2 bargain" cleaners but they do it right, never had a lost piece or any mysterious damage. A big indicator of a success for a business is employee turnover, their employees tend to stay several years and appear to be treated well. The employees have always treated me courteously. If you want no hassles and the your cleaning done right-come here! I know for a fact if there is any issue with alterations or satisfaction, they will fix it without delay. The few, I mean few times (1-2 over 20 years?) I have heard any unhappy customers while I've been here; I've seen the owners either provide the service for free or do whatever it took to make the person happy. I was a regular customer to this business until they lost my Law Enforcement Uniform shirt. They made no attempt to find it and no offer to reimburse me the $70.00 cost for a new shirt.
