I also ordered the Azteca and though the cactus was delicious, I would have preferred it cut into small pieces rather than long slices so that it mixed better with the carne asada. The Azteca was also soggy from the loaded toppings. I can see why Tacos El Gordo is a favorite among locals and I would be willing to try again with some modifications on my order.
