I order a small of the Lava Flow ( banana, strawberries, pineapple, coconut and "exotic juice blend" which honestly is probably their secret ingredient because it taste that good). I was hesitant to pick a smoothie with yogurt as I usually don't like it in my drinks but it blended so well! The drink was delicious and I genuinely wished I would've went with a bigger size and not the small. Unfortunately, at this location, what should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. I was informed that I would be charged extra simply for asking that the hemp protein be omitted. Charging a customer more for removing an ingredient is unreasonable and inconsistent with the experience I have had at your other locations. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I have never encountered this issue elsewhere.
