After reviewing all the bids and cross referencing with other previous customers, the board decided on Bernardo Concrete. The team was amazing pre-work and consultation; the wonderful and happy crew was on time and completed on schedule. The new slabs of walkway are even better than before, with rebars. The person he hired even advised me that Rigo supplied very cheap paint for the project. Sure enough, only a few months later, my gate started rusting. I reached out to Rigo about six months after the project was completed, and he told me I would need to have it painted again -- meaning he wanted to charge me a second time. This was not a cheap job, and the quality of work was nowhere near acceptable. The paint was poor quality, overspray got on the sidewalk and even on my cars, and overall the project was not completed to proper standards. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere
