Purchased a $6,000 spa from Edward, that he delivered to Lake Arrowhead. He showed up with it after dark. I generously gave them a $400 dollar tip on top of the spa price and delivery. After inspecting the spa the next day i noticed the corner panels were broken . He said [[HIGHLIGHT]]he would order parts which have still not shown up a month later and no confirmation that they were ever ordered[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I just realized after all the rain that the cover does not keep out rain water and the tub was half full of rain water. So now a new cover has to be ordered on top of everything else. The new covers are $900 and the corner panels $90 dollars each. So in addition to the $6,000 i already spent i now have to spend another $1,100 . read more
