We were so impressed that we called them back the following week to try their rug deep cleaning service. We have pets, so our rug and couch had quite a few stains. Bruce handled the rug cleaning and was able to remove most of the stains, but what really blew us away was how he made our couch look brand new again and it smelled so fresh. An entire den was skipped. Out of 4 bathrooms, only half the work was done. In the master, the dresser tops, mirrors, side tables, and chest were left untouched. One cleaner broke a glass -- she did say "I'm sorry," but the damage still showed how careless the work was overall. On top of that, they posted photos of my home online without my permission, which is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. I paid for a full house cleaning and got excuses, sloppy work, broken items, and a bad attitude. Absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this company at all costs.
