Awesome!!!!! Edward Amador and Carlos were the perfect men for the job 100% recommend then to anyone moving a jacuzzi. The hot tub was bunkered down deep in a sort of garden pit with barely enough room to walk around it sideways, but this didn't deter these heroes. They straight up levitated that 900LB SOB and brought her back to the land of the living!!!!!!! Then they discovered that the neighbors had built their wall a little higher since the jacuzzi was put in place so the eve of the house was about 4 inches too low to get it out. Gracefully the homeowner was so incredibly kind and wanted my family to have this monstrosity of a hot tub that she agreed to have them CUT HER EVES!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They didn't even have the right tools but managed to make it out!!! Homeowner was pleased with their craftsmanship. They kept me updated with arrival times and were extremely courteous. When they arrived (right on time) they planned their attack with pin point precision. Making minor adjustments along the way. Making sure to not harm any of the existing grass, landscape, patios or any obstacles in their path. Then, ever so gently, they placed my new, precious, beautifully transported hot tub into place. And that's not all. They proceeded to give me all of the previous owners accoutrements as well as a full tutorial on how to make certain it would last for years of hot tubbing bliss. They left promptly but not without a sweet farewell and a small request to write a yelp review. They deserve so much more. These heroes of the hot tub. May they move many many more. read more

I contacted four spa movers, and I ended up picking Royalty. Why? Well, their communication at all levels was excellent. The owner answered all my questions, and he and his employees kept in touch with me during the whole moving process. Another huge plus for me was they had professional spa moving equipment, a purpose built sled and trailer. They showed up right on time for the job, which never happens with painters and electricians. The icing on the cake was he gave me the best price quote, which made this an easy decision. The move itself was very professional. These guys know what they are doing, which allows them to work quickly and efficiently. No issues at all with the move. Just to prove I'm not a company employee padding the good reviews here on Yelp!, I am going to mention 2 minor issues I had, neither one of which was serious. Number one, when I attempted to pay for their services, they informed me they would not take a check or credit card. This is something I definitely think they should have mentioned beforehand. So, I had to drive to my local bank with their guys following me, which seems a little strange. But, it, worked out ok. The second thing is I ended having to pay them more than the agreed price. The reason was when we picked up the spa from my friend's house, they were supposed to have a section of the wooden fence disassembled so we could move the spa thru there. Raoul ended up having to do this. So, they charged me extra, which I am ok with, since they did end up having to do more work than we originally agreed on. When they delivered to my house, everything was ready for them, so no surprises there. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a spa moved. read more

I recently used Royalty Spa Movers for the second time and they have been nothing but great. I've had them move an old spa to the front of my house, to be picked up by a vendor, and I've had them locate two new spas to their final destination in my backyard. Their prices are very reasonable. They've been extremely dependable, even though I had to change the dates on them a couple of times, and we were rained out once. They also worked with me to accommodate the crummy delivery windows that delivery companies gave me. Jason was always responsive via text, and Edward and the crew were always friendly, professional, and responsive to my input. At one point, there was even an honest misunderstanding, based on an oversight regarding the scope of the job. Jason offered a resolution, which I felt was financially unfair to him and his guys. It showed me that he stood by the work that they do and the reputation of the company. Quality people. In the end, we worked something out that was fair to everyone involved and I couldn't have been more satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. As a matter of fact, they would be the first people I reach out to. I ordered a hot tub from Wayfair and had been waiting 3 months to get it delivered. On the day of delivery, Wayfair's freight delivery operator said that they could not deliver the hot tub in the backyard and only provide front door delivery. I was a bit in a bind, and last minute I needed help to move my newly delivered hot tub from the curbside to my back yard, I found Royalty Spa Movers on Yelp and gave them a call. Immediately, Amador picked up and I told him my situation and he immediately scheduled an appointment the same day. Amador and Edward came by as scheduled, actually 1 hour early and after arriving, they assessed the move. There was a problem with my front yard gate concrete barrier as it was shorter than the hot tub's width and all seemed lost to reschedule since they needed more equipment as well as another person to help. However, their quick thinking they devised a plan to build a ramp using the wood pallet to lift the hot tub above the concrete barrier, take off my front gate door and slide the hot tub through the gate and all the way back to the yard. Brad and Raul our dream team that made the impossible possible!!! We had a large refrigerator that we needed to get up an awkward set of stairs. Costco said they couldn't and after calling 6 different moving companies we took a long shot and reached out to Royalty Spa Movers. We figured if a regular mover couldn't do the job maybe someone who specialized in moving heavy objects could. Jason told us it wouldn't be a problem and he even set us for a same day appointment. When the guys got to our place they confirmed that it was going to be a tough move. The size and weight of the fridge coupled with the height of the railing on the stairs was presenting some major barriers but these guys did not pack it up and go home. After some measuring and discussion they came up with an initial game plan. They took apart as much of the fridge as possible, covered railings to prevent damage and plotted the path up the stairs. When the initial plan didn't totally work out they got creative and figured out solutions on the fly to muscle our beast of a fridge up the stairs. They put the fridge back together up stairs and even cleaned up the few scuffs on the wall. Considering the difficult job there was no damage to the floors or railing. Edward and Chato were both amazing today at helping me with the transport of two spas involving three different locations. They picked up spa from Brea, moved it to Lake Forest, and then took another spa from the Lake forest location and moved it to Mission Viejo. These two guys worked really hard and cared for the two spas as if they personally owned them. I highly recommend this company and these two gentleman if you have a hot tub, large or small that need moving, or both, as I did today. Price was quoted up front and was moved than fair given the amount of care and with these guys put in. I was also extremely impressed with their special dolly equipment, which I've never seen before. I could tell by their elaborate equipment they have invested a lot in their business which results in a safer move for your expensive hot tub. I hired the Royalty Spa Movers to relocate a used spa from Anaheim to the High Desert (Yucca Valley) and they did an excellent job. From the very first contact, they were super responsive and communicative, answered all my questions and quoted a fair price. Just before the pick-up, I got another text message saying that I am scheduled for this day and that everything is on plan. They were punctual, reliable and very professional. When I mentioned that I needed someone to disconnect the spa, they also offered to do that (without any further extra costs). Everything was done fast, accurately and safely. After a 2.5 hours trip, they delivered the spa in perfect shape and positioned it where I wanted to have it. They are well equipped and everyone knows their stuff.
