Called back a 3rd time only to be put on hold to see if there was someone in admin who could help assist me. The woman came back on the phone suddenly saying the don't take my insurance, even thought their website states they do and the person I previously spoke with said they do. When I brought this up she then said they're at capacity for Anthem insurance holders. She sounded unsure and like she just wanted to get me off the phone. Based off this wildly unprofessional interaction, I would not trust them for my child's care. Look elsewhere.

I spoke to her on the phone a number of times, and even stopped by the facility to check it out. She graciously gave me a tour of the whole place - which seems very well-equipt, with lots of toys, teaching aids, and a great big play room for physical therapy or just for kiddos to "let off steam." They have photos and bios of the staff on the wall, and Yvonne even read me the bio off her computer of a therapist who had not been placed on the wall yet. She was very patient in trying to get me the exact service and times that I needed. While it didn't end up working out, if the services are as professional as the receptionist was then your child will be in good hands! I definitely recommend checking this place out if your child needs physical, speech, or occupational therapy. They accept private as well as regional center clients.

Gaby talked to my wife on the phone for 20 minutes and was extremely helpful, not even pushing us to book an appointment but truly just trying to help. We ended up scheduling an appointment for the next day. We came in with so many concerns and questions and a lot of anxiety around the decision of whether or not do a frenectomy. Both Gaby and Maria (occupational therapist) took their time with us, did a very thorough assessment with our son, made us feel a lot more at ease about the whole process and were extremely informative. They were so good with him and knew exactly what to look for. They shared lots of context and experience with us along the way. We felt like they had a very human and unbiased approach to everything, including sharing their own personal experiences as parents themselves. We came away feeling at peace about what to do next, which for us was to not to do the surgery and just focus on developmental exercises at home. The office was really cute, clean, and had a nice atmosphere too. My wife and I walked out and immediately said we have to write a review because it was such an incredible experience. After just a few sessions, we began noticing our son using more language and becoming genuinely excited to communicate what he was learning with Gaby.
