The ambiance was okay, not the best but still quiet and peaceful.. but I think what matters the most is the amazing massage you get. Im not sure what the lady's name was that gave me the massage. I had a former back spasm on my lower back also and she got right on the spot as well as my shoulder pain (without me telling her). I usually have a good experience here but yesterday was not a good massage at all. He kept using his elbow which didn't feel good at all, it just was hurting. I was supposed to get a 30 minute foot massage and I only got 10 minutes, which I knew was only ten minutes cause I looked at the clock. I went in for a relaxing massage but there wasn't anything relaxing about it. The man applied way too much pressure. After saying "ouch" a couple of times I specifically asked him to apply less pressure because he was hurting me. He did not listen. I had to move his hand off of my body because he was hurting me so much. I am now sore and bruised. I wouldn't go back. read more
